When i went in, i never got greeted or even asked if i needed help to find anything. i had to find where the sega dreamcast games/accessories were at on my own. the whole time i was there, (finding everything on my own, i remind you that its my very 1st time i ever been there so i have no idea where anything is). the employees were talking bad about a customer asking a quote (over the phone) on how much they can get for something they were thinking about selling. The employees were searching on ebay for an average quote range on how much the thing he was selling would cost on ebay and talking bad about how "i wouldnt even pay him a fraction of that cost." (i guess the customer who was getting a quote from them was looking on ebay too just to see how much of a difference hed get selling to this place or to ebay instead). when i finally found the sega dreamcast games, i notice the games on the game shelf were fallen over and NOT set up right, ( when its supposed to neatly put back into place and well taken care of) to me that shows that you can care less about the product that your business solely relies on to make money. It wasnt just the sega dreamcast, it was the sega genesis games too (next to the dreamcast, sega saturn games and other bins). and the game console accessories (behind the paying counter), i saw zapper guns, wii steering wheels, skylanders characters sync platform whatever thing, etc. scattered and in a overflowing box (put that on display or in a storage area in the back, it looks very bad on your end). 2 customers ( a couple) come in and, i actually stood by the counter looking at the games in the glass case and even the accessories behind it and never got acknowledge by the employees (they werent even 5ft away and still talking with each other, and they still havent acknowledged the other customers). still looking around, i managed to stumble across the dreamcast rumble packs, i was gonna buy both of them but i felt like i wouldve been another bother to the employees. plus i didnt want to interupt there conversation, it seemed more important than my business. i decided to just leave, and as i left the door, they finally acknowledged the 2 customers (couple). Sayonara! dont get me wrong the place has an OK selection in games, but if you cant stand rude service, unorganized games (games thrown in bins and the shelves), and accessories behind the counter, i would not come back to do business with them unless they have something im desperately in need of. i suggest going to 2nd & charles before you go to this place just to check out there selection and to price check what your looking for. you might just find what your looking for over there

Long story short. DO NOT USE Gorilla Games! I sent in a PS3 that was freezing every once in a while, and got back a brick. Here is the story I had an issue with my PS3. It was locking up from time to time, and only on certain games (COD, Joe Dirty2). I did a little research, and it appeared that it was on the urge of YLOD, and was overheating. Called around, and a local game shop Gorilla Games, said they could fix it. I took it in, gave them a deposit and waited. Five days later I get a voice mail saying they could not fix it, that it was the motherboard, and I could come and pick up my machine. I drove up to pick it up, and brought it home and nothing. I got a green light, but nothing on the screen. I thought maybe I need to reset the video. The button did not respond. I called the store, and the lady I picked up the machine from said that she would have the manager call me. If I had any thought for one minute, I would be getting back a bricked machine; I would have waited for it to die and bought a new one or sent it to Sony. The major issue I have is that I had singstar videos on the machine that had my kids when they were young. After 10 hours, I still had not gotten a call and finally reached out via Facebook. Long story short, I was offer $20 for the PS3 they broke. Once I threaten to take him to take them to small claims court, they offered me back my deposit , (which could take up to 5 days) Now the manger is saying my machine was YLOD, when I dropped it off, which it wasnt. If it was I would have sent it to Sony and gotten a replacement box for a $100. (which is the current rate for replacement) and a 1 year guarantee. This store charges $90 for YLOD, and a 60 day guarantee. I was trying to be proactive. Which is why they were only going to charge me $60. Now I have a bricked system that I am sending to Sony. So just a heads up, avoid Gorilla Games.

When I went in, nobody greeted me or even acknowledged my presence. When you have a business, you want to treat your customers well; so they can come back and purchase over and over again. Its an essential of a gaming store. When I asked about a video game, the worker responded with arrogance. The trade in values are a little better than Gamestop, but you could go down the street to Disc Replay, and Half Price Books or even better in the same strip (2nd and Charles) and get much more $ or in-store credit, or even buy the same item for less. I dont recommend this place to anyone for buying/selling, except maybe for video gaming tournaments. When it rains, it pours.

Well It took me almost an hour to get to this place, so Im by no means close to it, I drove there after calling to make sure they had sega stuff. Only to arrive and see a bin full of RBI baseball and the like that no one wants, really not their fault though, I shouldnt have made it more clear, thankfully the guy pulled out this massive Binet full of loose dreamcast and Saturn games he said he would cut me a deal on. I got a few. Now I will tell you, Ive been buying old videogames for a while and this place charges you, heavily, when they have something good. In my opinion the selection was poor and expensive. But the people were awesome and helpful!

This isnt your normal big box chain store shopping experience. These guys just get customer service. They consistently go above and beyond to make sure that my son and I always get great service, they offer extremely competitive trade in values and honest feedback and provide a great shopping experience without beating us up to "pre-order" new titles. These guys know games!! The new generation games to the first generation titles. They not only carry a nice variety of game titles, they appreciate the value of the different generation systems. Support your local small businesses!!

Went in the person behind counter didnt even acknowledge my presence. I went to try and sell and right of the bat he was rude he checked the games and for whatever reason he pulled the cover paper of the games and didnt even offer to help me fix even though he looked at me with my children being impatient. Never buying or selling here disc replay is 100% better than these guys by far
