This place offered the WORST customer service I think Ive dealt with in my adult life. I dropped a package off for shipping on a Monday. I was told I should have my tracking number later that afternoon or early the next morning (Tuesday) at the latest. I didnt receive a call Monday night or Tuesday morning. I called them Tuesday morning. I was told that they would locate the tracking number and call me right back. They never called back. Two hours later I called them. This time I was told they messed up and didnt ship the package Monday, but that it would be shipped on Tuesday. Again, I was told I would be called with the tracking number Tuesday evening. I received no call Tuesday evening. Wednesday morning I called. I was told they were busy and Id get a call in a few minutes. They never called. I called them nearly an hour later. This time I was told that he couldnt locate the tracking number and hed have to call UPS (and of course I was told Id receive a call back in a few minutes). I did not receive a call. Nearly an hour later I called back and I still didnt receive the tracking number. Guess what? I was told Id be called back in a few minutes. 20 minutes later I finally received the call with the tracking number. This is ridiculous! Speed is very important when it comes to shipping and I feel like I should have hand-delivered the package myself by walking cross country instead of going to this pathetic excuse for a shipping center. I will NEVER use this UPS store again--and I hope anyone who reads this doesnt either. I would have given them 0 stars out of 5 if I could. HORRIBLE SERVICE.

I recently opened up my own business and I was using their location to sip out a few of my packages. One day they talked to me about marketing my business using some of their services, so I gave them a try. And the first time we printed and mailed out 2,000 postcards from their location we got an immediate response from our customers. all of as sudden we began getting customers say "we never knew you were here". They really helped me grow my business, and now I have them print everything for me. My business cards, brochures, posters, and the thousands of postcards we mail every quarter. They are very friendly and their service is EXCELLENT.

I used to drop packages at this store several years ago when I worked in the area (127th & Ridgeland eBay store) and the service was not the best. Things have changed dramatically under the new ownership. I know the new owners from their Bolingbrook location and I can tell you from personal experience that its worth giving this store another try. Luis, Cecile, and Steve understand customer service. Give this location another shot. Theyll take great care of you just as they have me and many others who use the Bolingbrook store. If youre anything like me and you give your loyalty and patronage to those who earn it, you wont be disappointed.

This was the worse store everrrr. They were never open on time, lost packages and were rude and full of excuses. They must have gotten new people in because it has dramatically improved. Now I go there again and have had no problems. New people are there on time, helpful and friendly. Hope it continues!

I went in there today and I was able to find out that the store was bought out by a new owner. The employees there are all real nice they took care of me and they were able to get me a tracking number right away. I am definatly bringing my business back to them.
