Watch out for this store, its a huge rip off. I checked my package online before I went there for price comparison and it was about $12. After I checked out, my bill there was almost $20. The guy took forever and kept messing up, so I decided to take it up with UPS on my own, rather than sit there and argue with him about it. I called them and they went through the whole process with me, verifying that it should indeed have been about $12. Asked about the other charges I received, turned out they added a fuel surcharge, a delivery address charge, and other fees. The UPS representative said that because the store is independently owned, they are allowed to add any extra charges above UPS’ quoted price. Not only that, but I measured and weighed my box for the online quote before I left my house. Checking my receipt, I noticed he had rounded everything up! My 14X14X12 box was a 15X15X13 box, according to him. The UPS rep. said the box’s price is reflected by size – so anything to get a few extra pennies out of you I guess? In the past we’ve had mediocre service with this place, but after this last rip-off visit I will NOT go there again. It’s the post office, fed-ex, or driving further down the road for a different store.

This is a great store. Recently my package was delivered to wrong address and the folks at this store were very helpful in fixing the issue. They also pack items for me. Every time I get complements from my recipients on how superb is the packing. If someone wants to penny pinch they should go to the USPS and good luck with that. The post office won’t pack it for you and definitely forget about any customer care. You pay for what you get.

I went in to the store send my phone back and the refused to take it . They ramble on about the protocol that of safety and security of the package . Bs just didnt want to take it and ship it back.

Extremely rude and unwilling to help. When ask about the appropriate form for overnight service he replied "you need to figure it out, I have no experience with that"

Great store! I currently rent a mailbox there. The staff is great. Overall, very satisfied with this location. Stay away from Orland / Tinley! :-)
