I purchased two queen size mattresses for my kids from Discount Mattress. While the mattresses are ok, i didnt purchase the top of the line. However I did purchase a King size King Koil from them. I waited a week for delivery, which I was ok with. When the day before the delivery came I received a automated phone call saying they would be at my home between 3pm and 7 pm. Now a 4 hr window i thought was a little excessive, so I called back to get a little bit of a better time, I got an answering machine. Next day I take a half day off work to be there for the delivery guys, and they dont show, no call, no show. Needless to say I was very upset. I went to the store and cancelled my order. It is an absolute shame that they would treat someone who just bought two queen size mattresses this way. I guess customer service isnt a priority of theirs, but it appears the sale was. I am so sorry I trusted this store to be honest and reliable. Shop at your own risk..

I went here for a mattress for my mom and I chose this place based on other reviews. I would definitely recommend them, we worked w/ Terry whom I believe is from another location but he was AWESOME!!!!! He was very compassionate to my mothers needs and financial situation, he really went ABOVE & BEYOND for us, not only that day but even once the sale was complete!!! He even followed up with me to make sure she was happy and that everything went ok with our pick up since he wasnt at the location on that day.

Found the perfect mattress at Discount Mattress in Oak Lawn. We went there after going to a local competitor. Great prices and a nice selection to choose from. Eric was very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and there was no pressure in purchasing. Excellent customer service and great store!
