I arrived on a Saturday morning when the store first opened. The location did not appear fully staffed at the time, but I knew what I was looking for and did not require additional help. The store was well kept and bright with natural lighting. When I did finally seek help, attendants were available and helpful. This store is also in close proximity to other excellent store in the area, so you can shop a lot of stores at once, so youre not going out of your way just to stop at this DSW.

30 minutes in the store and not one staff member acknowledged us. Having never shopped there before, we didnt know where the checkout counter was and I had to yell across the store to the nearest employee to find out. The clerk that checked us out was not friendly at all. If I wanted a self service experience, I could have shopped on amazon. What a disappointment.
