Went in looking for snow boots for my son at this store recently. Of course, everything was picked over. I get it due to the snow, but I thought Id try to give a local brick n mortar store business since every other store seems to closing in that strip. The associates were having a conversation up front, no big deal, so I approached to ask for help. I inquired about the snow boots and the reaction I received was less than professional. They acted like I was stupid for asking such a silly question. I asked if there was a discount on the one pair of snow boots that were available in my sons size. Literally told, "Cmon bud, I could sell those shoes for a hundred dollars." One, Im not your "bud," Im your customer. Two I had a Famous Footwear coupon that may have been utilized for 15% off. three , dont act that its the snow Apocalypse and snow boots are like water in the middle of the Sahara. I thanked them anyway and let them know Ill just check online. Lo and behold! All the snow boots on Amazon for my son I could handle and at the price I wanted. Why pay a premium or over for something he may wear for two or three months ever? Good luck and I do hope you stay open, just be aware of how customers may take the way you say things.

Browsed online until they were open and then I went inside knowing what I wanted. The lady asked if I needed help and I asked her for the work boot section she told me on the wall. When I went back there, I really didnt see what I was looking for. She came over and asked what I was looking for so I specifically told her and she said oh okay and then just kind of walked away. I was going to show them a picture of what I saw online but due to her not being interested in what I wanted, I ended up just leaving.

Great selection and great clearance! Very friendly and outgoing sales guy help steer me to just what I was looking for. Easy to find location with reasonable prices and a nice frequent shopper reward program. Excellent selection of stylish and classic footwear.
