My son has very wide feet and after hours at the mall searching for something that fits him we thought wed try FF in Fox Valley. Dori, one of the managers, was so informative and patient. Would never expect this from a "self serve" shoe store. She spent more than 40 mins with us and found him the perfect shoe. Dori was amazing and was so knowledgeable about feet and our needs. Truly 5 gold stars!
