I thought it was a great place to visit since I was changing all my electrical switches/outlet and willing to look at a business that wanted more than $500 worth of business and potentially a lot more since I would have spent my money on new lamps, chandeliers, mood lights et al in the near future. But as fate destines, the person at the service desk, decided to slam the door on my face by being rude and putting me down by saying"we are not menards" and "we dont sell bulk 20 Amp outlets" and "we have 3-way , 4-way rocker switches but you will not have it . Its in the warehouse but you cant have it" . Heres my advise to the business owner, please train your staff to know how to talk and deal with customer service. Also, how stupid can businesses be in todays recession economy and not wanting to add to their customer base let alone push customers away. So I decided to take my business to the big retailers again. Thanks!

If you need unique light fixtures - this is the place to go. Chandeliers galore! They are not cheap, but you will find something different. Not open on Sundays during winter season. Sales people do not appear to work on commission, they are not pushy!

Love these guys! I went to three stores befire coming here and ill never make that mistake again. The other stores has no clue what I was looking for. I walked into here not only did they know what I was looking for tbey had it readily available.

Have only visited this place once, but we waited forever to be helped and they didnt have as many options as you would think for being a lighting store. Also, the prices were super high. We wont be back.
