I have to give this sprint location a 10/10. The customer service was beyond excellent. The representative I dealt with was Lolita. She was so patient with my wife and handling her iPhone 6s upgrade. My wife was so upset because her iPhone 6s was acting up and freaking out. Lolita calmed her down and gave us options to upgrade her to a iPhone 7. Lolita was patient enough to transfer all her information from her old phone onto her new phone. My wife could not be happier. My wife was beyond estatic with her new phone especially since she was able to obtain all her pictures and contacts. Great staff! Great customer service! I recommend everyone to go to this Sprint store. They go above and beyond for you. Thank you Lolita and staff!

I recently switched to Sprint and am very happy with the service provided. The two employees that were there at the time were very friendly made it quick and easy process. After I got home and was trying to set up my daughters phone it was not activating for some reason I called the store and talked with Natalia super nice she gave me her cell number and texted me with step by step instructions. Unfortunately it wasnt working for me. Natalia invited me into the store to quickly activate my daughters phone which didnt work for her either. She quickly verified with her co-worker and swapped devices I was in and out. Five stars for the Sprint store on Dempster in Morton Grove!

Poorest customer service the stuff under trained don’t know how to use their own equipment neither their system had to go back few times and they still didn’t process my refund my advice don’t waste your time there new location new people limited access to their system.
