WORST WORST WORST customer experience I have ever faced in any retail business. The head pharmacist was rude, disrespectful, unhelpful, making people feel unwanted, being judgmental, not cooperative and the list can go on. The head pharmacists made me feel like I didnt belong there and was judgmental because I needed my script filled after I lost it. She did not want to listen and be helpful at all. She was not willing to help and call my doctor for further information and instructions. She should be ashamed of herself should not be a pharmacist if she cant and wont be helpful to the customers. If she hates her job that much she should quit and find another career. Patty needs to be ashamed of herself and be more mindful of other peoples problem.

Ive been there a few times with no problems but today when I went there I went up to the photo booth to add money into a prepaid debit card and there was no one at the photo booth, I ended up waiting 15 minutes and still no one, and didnt see one employee other than the girl at the front register. They obviously dont know what understaffing is

Be prepared to wait on your prescription for over 30min. And this is just standing in line. Every month I have to go it is always the same thing yet they are accepting new customers from Kmart. Looks like they need to accept applications for more individuals to work the lines. I feel sorry for the sick elderly that has to wait.
