We have gave the Lake Zurich Wal Mart chance after chance and still , my wife and I are continually dissappointed and have even felt disrespected at this insufficient,poorly stocked and managed store. The Manager Jackie treated us as if she was doing us a favor with her non chalant, uninformative attitude. I am so upset by the awful treatment my wife and I experience. Shop here cause it was close to my house, yet would rather drive 15 miles out my way before I ever spend another nickel in this store....Does corporate read these review? OTHERWISE WHY DO THEY HAVE THEM? MY LITTLE 200 WEEKLY SPENT THERE IS NO MORE!!!!!!!

Worst store ever every time I go there there is always an issue they mislabel things and then when I go up to the cashiervi always gotta end up getting in arguments with the managers geez the people that work there need to be thought to be courtiers and to learn to label and stock things up i will no longer be making bussiness with this store one thing is for sure this store has lost one loyal customer who used to shop at least 4 times in 7 days and i hope if i ever go back there which i very much doubt so the store will be under better management or at least have some morr inventory

This is the worst grocery shopping experience . People working here dont have basic manner to reply a hi or thank you and good night. Lady at check out place double scan my stuff and I told her, she just ask me " so do j want to get another one" even no sorry. I said no then she called another boy here to unlock and refund me. The boy put a very unhappy face to me, like it was my fault. So I supposed to get another one just for their convenience? Why not learn a good manner treat your customers Ina normal way.

I literally drive out of the way to go to this Walmart. Im closer to the Wheeling and Palatine stores, but I prefer the Lake Zurich store. The employees hear tend to speak more English which is nice when you need help finding something. Another reason I really like this store is because it does not smell, Both the Subways inside the Palatine and Wheeling stores, make the entire store smell like awful. This store is a lot cleaner, they have a nice selection of groceries and clothes too. So A+ to Walmart in LZ

Shopping here at night is always exciting to me Lol. One time I was in the electronic section and witnessed 2 Walmart employees going at it and even cursing at each other. I dont know what they were angry at each other for but if your gonna argue I dont think doing it on the sales floor is wise, (even though I got a kick out of it). But overall, I give credit to the people who work in retail like myself, Ive never witnessed so many stuck up rude customers here. The majority of them arent so bad but damn.

It is a good place to get almost anything but its polintles to ask for help you are better off asking the consumer next to you about the product, I asked for help from 1 employee and was told someone was going to come and help me but after 10-15 min no one showed so i went to look for another employee and asked them for help and they pointed me to another employee that was actually off duty so he couldnt help me, in the end i just ended up downloading a app for product reviews and using that insted.

I like Walmart but items are in wrong shelves with missing or incorrect pricing. I wish it was cleaner and better organized but unfortunately they need to spend a little more attention on this location. 1 specific incident an item was on a shelf with about a $40 price and at the register it range up as double. They could not find the correct tag or item number and did not honor the lower price. When you go online the price is $40 so I purchased it online instead.

Went in today to return a pair of "Dr. Scholls custom fit orthotics", they really hurt my feet, but I did not have a receipt. Usually not a big deal for most stores but because it was a purchase "over 50$", even though they were actually 49.95$, they would not give me a refund, store credit, they would not work with me at all. Very frustrating! Bottom line beware of any purchases from Walmart over "50.00$" you might get stuck with a poor quality product.

Worst customer service of any walmart Ive ever been in. They never stock their shelves and the employees that are suppose to be stocking are usually just standing around talking to each other. They are also very rude when you ask for help or to move so you can get to the shelf they congregated in front of. Ask for a manager and they will not leave their "secret" room, will only talk through an employee with a radio.

This location is a Supercenter, there is produce and deli, along with all the groceries on your list and then some. Convenient for me, the store is huge.. One stop shop, anything I buy or need is in here. My chief complaint is the store layout is just bizarre. Most Walmart stores are nearly identical in the layout... For me there was a learning curve with negotiating the arrangement of the store, Im used to it now.

Picked over selection of items I was looking to purchase. Rude employee scolded me for wanting to use 1 coupon at self checkout. Told me Id have to unbag my items & get in line to rescan my purchase in another lane. Since I didnt have the time it cost me $5. If the guy had been polite about it I would have done it that way but his scolding me made me feel embarrassed & I just wanted to leave ASAP.

Horrible customer service! Workers couldnt help me find what I was looking for. I understand that they have things to do but it doesnt hurt them at all if they can show you where you can find what you are looking for. Never going to this Walmart!!! I rather drive 10 mins more to the one in Palatine

Typical Wal-Mart. Go during early mornings, and avoid weekends if possible. Sometimes inventory might be an issue (sold out items). Store is typically clean, and they have made the aisles better by not having so many displays all over that cause congestion of movement.

Its open 24 hours, but pallets are everywhere late at night....at times something youre looking for may not seem to be where its supposed to be, but theres enough help to direct you to find what you need. Employees seem friendly no matter the time of day.

As far as Wal-Marts go, this place is nice. Theyve got some weeeird people working there at night, and if you need help finding something youre SOL. But its generally clean, cheap prices, so what more can you ask for? I mean its still Walmart, you know?

Its a standard Walmart. Good selection and good prices. Most of the staff is helpful, but some just avoid eye contact so they dont have to help you. The store is relatively clean but I always feel like I have to wash my hands once I get home.
