The store Manager does not honor the prices displayed on their signage. If this is how this manager treats customers what does this say about how he treats his employees? Is he not fair to them as well? There was a banner in their window facing 95th street and a sign posted where the eggs were stocked stating 2 dozen extra large eggs for $1.00. No quantity was stated. I went to purchase 10 dozen. According to the cashier, I could only purchase 4 dozen. I stated to her that no quantity was stated on neither sign posted. She went to discuss the issue with a woman who I presume was a supervisor. The cashier & I both went back to the where the eggs were stocked, I showed her the sign. When we got back to the register there was a man, who I presume was the manager stating 4 was the limit. He stated “It was stated in the sales paper that was mailed”. I said “I do not receive your sales paper mailings”. “I saw the banner displayed on the window in addition to the sign posted at the display and neither one stated a quantity.” Clearly he felt his unfair decision was right. I wish I could post the pictures of the signs taken. The right thing to do was to take ownership and acknowledge his error, and allow me to purchase the eggs for the stated priced. At that point, correct the signage for future customer purchases.

Whenever I visit my moms place, I always stop in here to get fresh produce, especially for smoothies and juicing. I also like that they have a large selection of cultural food; although I havent seen it in a while, for a period of time they had GUANABANA juice, which is just about non-existent in Chicagoland. I appreciated it so much. They always have great deals on quality food: last time I was there, I looked at my shopping cart and thought, "This is gonna be a quick $50..." and it turned out to be half of that. I just signed up for their e-sales ads, and I look forward to receiving that in my inbox. The employees are always kind and helpful, and the store is tidy. They run a great business.

Ordered the chicken shish kabob with vegetables ahead of time for Easter Sunday. I went to pick it up and they did not have it ready and they said they could not make it for me. The truth is they did not want to make it for me. Their customer service is terrible. Will never shop there again!

Ive been going here for a few years and it never disappoints. From the produce options of fruits and vegetables to the deli counter. It is a great grocery store if you prefer fresh ingredients. They also offer a good amount of European/ over seas products as well!

Very clean, staff not friendly nor helpful. Im off another race, I was stared at as if I did not belong there by staff in other customers. A very uncomfortable shopping experience. I will never stop there again.

I live right down the street and always go here for fresh fruits and vegetables. They also have a great variety of meats, cheeses, and bread. Excellent quality and taste for much cheaper than the grocery store.
