Horrible experience!!! Im not a cigar expert by any means, guy was rude, pushy, he was rushing us, gave us 2 minutes in the humidor then after we began to ask questions became even more pushy im sad to say our experience was horrible it even has me assuming that he treated us different because of our race (btw im mexican and my gf is african american) or because of how we looked no stars for you grayslake tobacco inc if i could give you minuses i would im not one to write negative reviews but i felt so horrible.

The owner refused to sell me two cigars for $13 dollars because I was using my credit card. He arrogantly said that there is a $15 minimum to use the credit card. I had been buying cigars there for several weeks, but after his rant I decided to buy in bulk from Mikes Cigars out of Miami. Best move ever. I even convinced my buddies who where buying their cigars at his shop to buy on-line!

Owner and the employee I met with were really helpful. I smoke pipe tobacco, so having a store with not only a decent selection of tobacco but replacement stems for pipes is truly a godsend. Prices are good, and service was great.

The owner is extremely rude. As I was browsing around the store, he told us we had to leave if we werent going to buy anything immediately because said he had "lots of cleaning to do".
