This was, without question, the most poorly run Starbucks Ive ever entered! As a Seattle native, Ive frequented my fair share of Starbucks stores. I walked in for a bacon breakfast sandwich, waited in a small 3 person line for over 15 minutes before ever even receiving recognition from an employee (and there were at least SIX working!), only to find out they were sold out for the day. The most frustrating part of this experience, is not in fact that they were sold out of the item I wished to order, but that it took such an incredible amount of time to find out! At that point, the coffee & pastry I was eyeing also were easily forgotten in favor of taking my business elsewhere. Why wasnt the standard multi-tasking "what can I get started for you today" from behind the espresso machine etc. not used here? Why was the staff at this location unable to even acknowledge a new customer walking in their door with a simple welcome? Terrible experience.

I love Starbucks; however, someone needs to give Matthew a lesson in manners. I placed my order and he was very snippy and rude. Thinking to myself everyone has a bad day...right? I have gone back two times since then he was rude each time I have gone so apparently this is just how he is. Im a gold level member with Starbucks so I love my coffee, but he makes it hard to give Starbucks another dime! His behavior needs corrected immediately!

Awful!! Switched my order in the drive thru then when I went inside to tell them the employee at the register told me they were unable to correct my order because I was only charged for the other persons order. Im not sure how that would make any sense but whatever. Its worth it to cross town and go to the other one to avoid the incompetent employees at this location.

The drinks here are well made and they typically get your order out in a timely manner. The parking lot is a bit wonky since you have to enter by the next door Best Buys loading dock. The parking lot is small too and if the drive through line backs up too much, forget backing out of your spot until it clears. Otherwise, this is a fine establishment.

Everyone always upbeat and pleasant even when strenuously busy. The managers keep everyone motivated with high standards and fair treatment. I sit here 3-4 days a week for hours drinking 2-3 drinks and eating too. Best wifi spot in town, best service and delicious and healthy options available!

They are always out of cold brew, even though supposedly they check before you order. The parking lot/drive thru area is a disaster. Only place where flat whites come out bitter. Im not a fan but there are not many starbucks around, so this is what we have.

This was the first Starbucks I went to in the USA and its certainly cheaper than Starbucks in Thailand. The taste is good and but the coffee shop itself is a little small compared to most Starbucks in Bangkok. Its cozy and friendly... good service and taste.

Horrible drive thru set up. Have to wait everytime 15-20mins everytime. Line is wrapped around building which makes it impossible to even get a parking space without being trapped in by drive though line. Terrible. Needs to be fixed.

My simple coffee, vanilla latte with an extra shot of espresso was made wrong. When I pointed this out he made me feel like I was bothering him. Ummm isnt that his job... Its not that hard. By the time I got my coffee it was cold

The workers dont communicate well with each other, and drinks dont come out correctly or in a timely manner. The Wi-Fi is very hard to connect to with very poor connection speed. Its the only have in town so its always packed...

Great baristas. Ive had a couple orders messed up, but the volume at this store is crazy so its understandable. The parking lot and drive thru are far too small and very inconvenient, but not much can be done about that.

Parking and drive threw is not planned out well. There are several parking spaces where a customer can have their cars blocked in by customers using the drive threw window.

Staff here is great but the location is awkward and blocks an intersection for several stores during busy hours. Makes it difficult to park and get out if youre in a hurry.

Every time I am in this store, the music is too loud. Its hard to determine if they turn it up so the employees can hear the music or so the customers can hear it.

Food should be ordered inside only. The drive thru gets so backed up it affects the traffic on the main road.
