Lie after lie after lie. We bought two Lenox pedicure chairs from Quality at the IBS show in Las Vegas on June 23rd 2014 the show is run by Questex Media Group New York. At this show in the Quality Beauty Supplies booth they had on display the Lenox pedicure chair manufactured by J&A USA in New York. We purchased two of them that were deliver yesterday 9/19/2014 and they are not the chair we ordered. After contacting J&A this morning I was able to find out they sold us a Knock off brand thats not even comes close to the real deal. The chair we got is all plastic with a plastic bowl, never received the operators seat that gos with the chair either. Quality Beauty Supply is bad, one of the worst companies youll ever do business with, stay way run as fast as you can, by the way our salesmans name was David. So if your ever at a Questex or IBS show or live in the Chicago area and a short fat guy named David wants to sell you beauty supplies run like hell. I do have to say however, as we try to get our money back from Quality, that Mr. Kim from J&A in New York was very pleasant and helpful with good professional manners who didnt have to help me at all because they did nothing wrong. J&A was ripped off too, they lost a sale and I feel bad for them, Mr Kim from J&A knows he has quality products and I would buy there products in a second. Unfortunately the two chairs we bought from Quality Beauty Supply ate up our money, otherwise we would be buying two Lenox chairs direct from J&A. We will never buy furniture from any Questex, IBS or any cosmetology show ever again nor will ever buy furniture from any beauty supplier again. Direct from the manufacturer only for now on, and if a manufacturer wont sell direct then we move on until one will.

Just received my equipment order for my 2nd location..I am soooo excited!! I am in LOVE with my selections (Thank you for upgrading me Andrea). You are awesome and have such great taste. I owe you dinner at that place you told me about. Opening my first location was such a difficult task and this was a breeze (only stressed out for 2 weeks this time but that was over what colors to pick haha). HUGE THANK YOU to Andrea, David and Bill for taking their time and really helping me. Great prices (thanks again David and my husband thanks you too lol), great options and great people who really know their business. I am sooo excited to get open now even though I was stressing about being everything. Thank You! Thank You Thank You my Quality Beauty Supply. Cant wait to see you all at the Grand Opening party.

I just got my delivery of all my equipment and supplies from Quality Beauty Supply and it is fabulous! Not only did everything come just as promised but they even delivered it early because my construction was finished early. They really made opening a 5,000 sq. ft. Salon and Spa so simple I am shocked. They saved me over $25,000 from the catalogue I was going to use and Andy, Lisa, and Merle all helped so much with the products. They really know their stuff. I just love Quality !!!
