RUN FAST Dont order from this company. They have competitive prices but you can find better prices through the internet. You will order and you will possibly get the wrong items or shipment the shipment will be late. Customer services is the worse they have NO customer service skills. If you find a positive review to dispute my claim, they either work for the company or paid a reviewer or promised them something to keep you baited in. Do yourself a favor go with your first mind and order from another company. I know I love saving money, however I am letting you know the saving are not worth the head ache or stress.

No Stars if I could. Customer service is jenny from the block. Ghetto, unprofessional. They canceled my order without my permission. They require all orders to have address verification every time you order, but they DO NOT tell you that until AFTER they take your money. I thought it was just when billing and shipping address do not align. If you need your beauty supplies on time, do not order from them as your items will be put on hold. Smh. Worst company. This is a real life review from a frustrated consumer.

Everything is fine until you ever want a return or exchange. I ordered from this company for almost two years, staring in 2015. My most recent order contained an open product so, I asked for a simple exchange. The company stated I couldnt receive one. As a result I informed my CC company that I did not benefit from the product. Sams beauty then informed me that I could not order from them again. So needless to say, everything is fine until you have to return or exchange something.

After being a loyal customer for years they sent me a defective wig, and when I brought it to their attention they over a small amount declined to even offer me a store credit. TERRIBLE customer service. For the past few orders they have been slower than normal and the wigs are not what they appear to be on the website. BUYER BEWARE, it appear to me that they are selling wigs that are defective or poor in quality which is why the price is so low. Im out!

The item I was looking for was listed cheaper on the Sams Beauty website than anywhere else I could find. I made my purchase on Tuesday and received it on Friday it was exactly as I expected. The Items looks great and I got black hair magazine for FREE GIFT!!! i had no problem with Sams Beauty and Im planning to place another order very soon.

Horrible shipping! I ordered my package on thanksgiving day and a week later I called customer service and they said it had been delivered and I never received it. The tracking number that they give you NEVER works. I will never order from here again.
