The staff here require retraining in customer service. There have been several occasions where they are unprofessional, have an attitude for no reason and take it out on the customer. I have taken my business elsewhere. Please note that their corporate office in Michigan are not far behind. spoke to someone today to file a complaint on discrimination and they also had an attitude. Quite unprofessional will definitely file with the BBB..

I absolutely love the Salon Centric in Waukegan! The store is always well stocked, and clean. The staff there are very knowledgable and friendly, always making my experience there a good one :) I especially appreciate the fact that they will NOT allow unlicensed professionals to shop there. Thanks Salon Centric for continuing to protect our salon industry!
