Staff is rude. Managers refuse to help when employees are not doing their jobs. I had waited at the deli for almost 5 minutes, no other customers waiting. The workers just kept looking at me and refused to acknowledge me, even when I spoke to them. An other person walked up and they rushed to help her. I have always been polite to every worker there. I left my cart full of groceries and went to find a manager. He blew me off like I deserved to be treated that way. I only go into that store if I absolutely have to, I dont even shop their sales anymore. Ill go somewhere else and spend more money. Its not worth being treated like garbage. J

Pharmacy never has anything in stock on the day i need it after major back surgery and alot of scrips
Go to the Deli for soup or chili during my lunch time always have signs up even at 130 pm

better off skipping this place and going to Subway in the mall next door

I love this osco because they not only have fresh produce and meats that I always find on sale the staff and customer service is always great and i go every week faithfully. From the baggers to the cashier Ive never had a rude experience. The store is small so its best to pick your times wisely to avoid the crowd. The deli always has food I can pick up and fresh fruit bowls. I think management does an excellent job keeping the place up. Keep up the good work AM

Produce is always poor quality, and messy. Poor customer service in aisles and at registers. Only shop here when other options are unavailable. They got rid of self check only to replace with 4 15 items or less lanes that are rarely open. Baggers dont know to separate chemicals from edibles. JU

The shelves are stocked, and the staff is friendly. The only concern is the narrow aisles. The store just isnt big enough for the amount of patrons since other local grocers have recently closed. SU

For the most part Im happy with our jewel Osco in South Chicago Heights, but they have quit carrying items that I really like. I thought our store was supposed to qet remodeled so far nothing. AN

They raise the prices and then try and sell it buy one get one free so your really not getting a good deal. Overpriced meat. This store gets crowded and they never have enough cashiers. LA
