On the evening of June 23rd, I had scheduled a dreaded eye doctor appointment. (I am always nervous coming in thinking Im going to hear the worst.) I called a few places, but the reviews were great here. I walk in and I am greeted politely by the staff. I let them know I am early for an appointment. The personnel then begin checking my data. As the doc comes in, I notice what a great relationship he has with the staff. I felt relieved and was welcomed with open arms. I get sent to the back to perform a few tests and before you know it the doc performs my eye exam. The doc is absolutely a delight and has such a positive aura to him. You can speak freely to him and have a conversation with him. I left the exam with such a great experience, I can only recommend others to please book a visit to this visionworks. The prescribed contacts I was fitted with were on the money. I havent felt seen this clearly in months. To everyone on staff. Thank you so much. I will be visiting this location moving forward for my yearly checkup.

I had scheduled all of my vision appointments with the Visionworks located on E. Randolph Street. I decided to change to the Visionworks located at 2701 N. Clark Street. I am very happy that I got my annual vision exam and purchase my new glasses at that location. I felt welcomed as soon as I walked through the door. The customer service was downright amazing. I give a big shout out to Dr. Gregory Actipes, OD. He is a very nice man. Dr. Actipes could very well be a stand up comedian. He had me laughing from the start of my vision examination until the very end. Dr. Actipes explain my eye sight in a very clear manner. Shouts out to Latanya and Ben they were great too. I highly recommend that this is the Visionworks that you choose if you need optical assistance. This place is great. They are all very friendly and helpful. I will keep going back to the North Clark location.

I stopped by to check on prices, Ben told me about the savings. I was given an opening, where I met Angela who was very friendly! My eye Doctor was very helpful getting the right prescription for me, and letting me know that of the two eye glass I brought in one was in excellent condition saving me more money!!!! Thank you Dr. Gregory Actives!!!!

Called to clarify getting new frames because my new ones havent been working out. I got my information from another vision works and the lady on the phone just didnt understand and had no answers for me. Disappointed because I wanted to know before i have to travel 20 minutes. Wish me luck...
