Very disappointed at the service that this office provides. I placed an order for a pair of glasses for my son and they told me that they where order on the 17th of July when in fact they was not. Communication is key when your dealing with the public and places like this should not just assume just because you may carry a certain type of insurance as if you are a low life and all you do is sit on your behind and wait on a check. I work Monday -Friday 9am-5pm just like your office and do not appreciate being treated as if we are worthless. There was never an issue with paying what was owned however you have to communicate the cost to the customer so things can be handled. I thought because this was a place in the community that it would be a place to do business but clearing that wasnt the case. I would not recommend this South Holland Vision Center to NOBODY!!!

Dr. Williams is great! Hes always very sincere and shows a great knowledge about eyecare. However, the staff is not always so organized. I ordered glasses and hadnt heard from them in over 3 weeks! So I called to see what the hold up was, and they said the insurance company sent my glasses with just frames and without lenses. I was then told I would have to wait longer due to the error. I then asked for a refund because the wait time was ridiculous. Just keep in mind if ordering glasses you most likely will not receive them in a timely fashion.

The secretaries and the dr are awesome. . They really are the sweetest people you wanna ever meet . The way they attend to you with care and not phony attitudes. They are really sincere.
