This is the in building convenience store of the New York Residences. Owned by local small business people its a clear well run shop, it a little sparsely stocked and a little overpriced. They do cook breakfasts and lunch in store and what Ive had has been fine. The guys who run it are friendly, the stock beer, wine, and basic necessities -- if youre looking for a quick meal or the basics these guys are great.
