The Lego Store on Chicags North Michigan Avenue, is an excellent place to visit in the Water Tower Downtown Chicago. It is hotspot for kids of all ages and creative minds. I like this place, because the workers are always well prepared to engage and inform the questioning minds of children. They are always friendly and knowledeagble and the fact that one does not have to buy anything helps. It is not always that one can afford the items in there, but the little play area they have for the kids to create their own little lego architecture, is awesome. My nephews and cousins always leave this place happy, excited, and satisfied. And the great thing about it, is that the food court is downstairs so I usually wait until they are hungry to get them out, otherwise getting them to leave the lego store is a task. :-)

My 6-year old saw people with Lego bags and justly assumed there must be a Lego Store somewhere in the city. We asked around and when we arrived we were greeted with large lego structures of animals and characters. As far as product goes, they have a great deal of collections and sets and even a "pick-a-brick" section where you can fill up a cup with as much as you can for $15. We enjoyed ourselves. Its worth finding even if you dont have kids just to gawk at the large structures.

The store is very excellent in quality, both in and out for appearance. They have all the products that they advertise both online and at stores, and keep everything in order so that people or customers can browse and show for what they need and what they want to get for any purposes. There is even a make your own mini-figure stand and play center to build whatever youd like out of your own creativity, and youll have a good time in the store youll never want to leave.

This is a place that we have to visit every time my nephew is in town which as recently. Like the name says its the Lego Store, very cool place for kids and grown ups alike. The prices are fair for being downtown but be cautious as my nephews always seems to gravitate to the most expensive item. YOu can buy legos in kits or individual pieces. You need to check out all their sculptures they created while visiting.

This is Chicagos only LEGO Store in the city itself. Im a huge LEGO fan, so this is where I prefer to buy my LEGO (gotta build up those VIP points). The only drawback is that its in the middle of Water Tower Place, which is filled with tourists. Be sure to check out their huge LEGO Chicago cityscape in the front windows. See if you can spot LEGO Batmans cameo on top one of the buildings.

New Build to Play feature was a big hit with my kids! They loved the challenge and even bought one of the kits. Staff shared cool information about master builders and the construction involved in building masterpieces like the stores dragon. They made shopping here an experience and not just a bland transaction.

I think its the flagship store in Chicago area, there are some famous building models by the door of the store, and the decorations are funny and creatively designed. You can find many popular models of their products there, and sometimes you may surprisedly find some out-of-stock items if you have luck.

Every Christmas season, my son and I come to Chicago for a few days; the Lego Store is always a must-go. The staff is always so amazing and helpful! Im always trying to get gifts without my son knowing or seeing and they are always so great and willing to help me!! Thank you all!!

This store doesnt have the largest selection but they have several beautiful Lego sculptures as well as a good selection of Lego by the piece. Also they have several stations with Legos out so the kids can spend many hours playing with them.

Great customer service! Russell is very nice and very reasonably priced. So many pops! Great place to pick up Commons and find deals on exclusives. Will definitely be back. Make sure to bring cash thats how they keep the prices low!

Fun for all ages! Im in college and still spend hours there having fun and buying legos. I think that the great part is all the legos they have out for people to play with and even lego themed cookware!

Gosh this brings back memories! What a magnificent store! Sire the prices of them have risen drastically over the years but it is a great place to visit for all ages. The staff is knowledgeable as well.

Store in a good place but much more preffer how regular legos store are designed. that one is big and look little like empty. Something is missing there.
