I had my doubts that all the 5/5 and perfect reviews were too good to be true but decided to give them a call. I simply asked the gentleman who answered the phone if policy allowed that I would be able to make a purchase over the phone since I am hundreds of miles away. Rudely he snapped at me that it was Friday and there was no way I could place an order or even receive any help. I explained to him that I did not expect an order at that exact moment but I was extremely interested and just wanted pricing and more information. I told him what I was looking for and he got extremely impolite accusing me of being a jeweler. I gave him my name and telephone number and he assured me someone would be giving me a call. Over a week later I have yet to hear from someone at Chicago Diamond & Jewelry Exchange. It is their loss of a $4,000+ sale; I will take my business elsewhere.

Maybe you should answer your phone, return phone calls or update your contact and hour info considering the business is no longer at this location?? Drove 2 hours and paid $22 to park to find this out. Thanks alot!!
