Recently visited a Pandora in Las Vegas and unfortunately upon coming home realized my bracelet was just too big. I called Crescent Jewelers and had the pleasure of speaking to Barb who told me to come on in. When I made it there Donna greeted me and proceeded to take care of me, I heard Barb from the back "yeah I spoke to her earlier help her out!" Lol...the service was phenomenal!!! Ive just started my Pandora Collection, but have already decided Crescent Jewelers in Lansing will get all my business :-)

Crescent Jewelers helped guide me through the diamond-buying process by providing me with accurate and honest information. That was so important to me. I felt like other stores werent even paying attention to some of the questions that Id had, whereas Crescent Jewelers took the time to explain things and allow me to make an informed purchase.
