I went to this restaurant not that long ago with my family, eager to taste the "great food" my mom claimed they had. Since the moment we sat down I was dissapointed. The service was absolutely ridiculous! We had to wait about 20 minutes to finally be acknowledged and even then we had to wait for them to take their sweet time and bring the chips and when they did bring the chips they didnt even bring salsa. The table next to us with Americans was a different story, they were attended well and had different types of salsas and glasses of water but we didnt get any of that. Then when the food came they messed up my mothers order of enchiladas and took another 30 minutes to bring it. My tacos werent that appetizing and the horchata had a pound of sugar. The bill was not worth the food or service we received. We didnt even leave a single penny and when it was time to pay they had the audacity to ask if we wanted to include a tip in our bill. Absolutely not. We left the restaurant COMPLETELY UNSATISFIED. I WILL NEVER BE COMING BACK TO THIS PLACE AND WOULDNT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE. Have a great day.

I never ordered from the restaurant here. What I used to go here for when I lived in Albany Park was their shredded steak (taco meat). The tacos I made from it were soooo good, Id wanna die! Now I live in Seattle, Washington and no place out here sells the shredded steak taco meat. Its all shredded beef out here. And look, if I wanted pot roast Id just make one! Im driving to the Windy City next weekend (I miss you, Chicago!) and Im taking a cooler and some dry ice. Im going to THIS store and Im loading up on my shredded steak meat! I will bring it back west and impress some friends who have no idea what theyre missing!

I im mexican born and raised in mexico, the food in the restaurant is not that good,the only time i ate there the waitress came back running and retrieved a drink before a can take a sip, if you spend certain amount they give you soda free ( my wife is white and has never been told this) another time she got chilaquiles to go witch we could not eat beacouse they were impossible to eat ,way too spicy. The cashiers have an attitude ptoblem and the store has the same fixtures/equipment and no improvements in the 14 years that i have lived here.

Lindos is everything one would expect in a small mexican restuarant rolled into one. Delicious $4.00 burriots which are the size of a premature baby, horchata made fresh, and soccer games on every TV. What better way to expereince the diversity Chicago and the North Park neighborhood have to offer than to experience it from the comfort of a delightful restaurant? My only beef with these guys is that they dont split checks--so I highly reccommend cash, or getting it to-go.

Pedi 3 tortas de milanesa de res 2 con mayonesa y 1 sin crema ni mayonesa y a la 3 le pusieron mayonesa las pedi para llevar y lla en casa las tortas estaban duras y en la tienda el pan es lo mismo de duro??????

Ive lived in Albany Park myself for about 4 years now and for some odd peculiar reason this restaurant ALWAYS gets my order wrong either dining in or carry out. It can be the wrong meat choice on my entree or the wrong soda once I get home on a carry out order. I will say the food is not so bad although the prices are high for the service. Why i decide to come back? Well it is close to my house. Hope this helps. Enjoy your food bon appettite

Prices is this restaurant are extremely high. A plate of steak is about $17.00 which is equal to a plate that one can eat at other restaurants such as Cheesecake Factory and/or California Pizza Kitchen. Employees are rude and do not bother to provide a good service. To current or future customers I recommend a taco place located in Lincoln and western. The have very delicious food. I have to say that this location lost a few customers today.

Tacos de lengua are good and the caldo de pollo but the service from the waitresses is abysmal..theyre so inattentive..and slow..plus the tortillas they use for the tacos are between soggy and hard...which is weird..the agua de jamaica is too tart...the refried beans are funky..overall they have some good things but this place is probably better coming to drunk..that way you dont taste the bad flavor

Really, great food?? Im Mexican and lived in Mexico City for years... and trust me it is not that authentic. the market, cashiers have an attitude problem, they are not that friendly and they act like if they where doing me a favor by selling me stuff. it sucks because they do have a great selection on Mexican products, but i rather drive a few more miles and find better service.

Love this market but the baked goods are just so-so. Really I go for the produce, meat, and house made hot foods. Their Mexican rice is so yummy and their pico de gallo is very good but spicy!! Beware :). Not the biggest fan of the restaurant side but the food is decent and they are open late.

Lindos is small, but I think it has the best burrittos in the area. The staff is friendly and helpful and the service is quick. The only downside is if you go with a large group of friends, they wont split your check. Overall though, it is a great place for great Mexican food.

Food is good yes, but being a first time customer, I didnt expect my car to be booted immediately after I had left it. Thankfully the owner was good about handling the situation, but I would like to know the name of the company who patrols that parking lot!

Complete scam of a restaurant. They have hired a private company to patrol their parking lot and boot people. I would never spend money on a place that involves itself in this kind of practice. Especially since there food is inauthentic at best.
