I went to the one off Torrence in IL. around 5:30 on Wed.8/9/17 I picked up two items and proceeded to the check out a young man said excuse me and he went behind the counter two more employees went behind the counter there was one young lady helping people with a return there was a TOTAL of 6 people behind the counter and ONLY one helping a customer NONE of the 6 acknowledged me or asked me to wait or ANYTHING when the one that was helping the customer with her return finished she said I guess you can step up after turning to look at what her co workers were doing.

Good prices but the customer service is lacking. The sales associates couldnt find an item that I placed on hold the night before. And then they misinformed me about the sale prices. Very unprofessional.
