Muy mala experiencia hoy estaba en la fila y la chica que me estaba cobrando decidió no usar dos de mis cupones cuando yo llevaba 4 productos y ya sólo me quería aceptar 2 al lado estaban abriendo una caja especial para 2 personas que llevaban dos carros con productos y muchísimos cupones por más de 100 productos el manager de la tienda está autorizando que se los pasarán y no se vale qué le falten el respeto a los clientes inventan reglas absurdas cuando para unos clientes otros no son aplicables si son sus familiares que no tengan el cinismo el descaro de llevar 2-3 Carros llenos de productos y sólo pagar con cupones cuando ni siquiera a mí me aceptaron 2 y aparte súper groseros ... los empleados de estas tiendas se merecen que les den un warning por andar abusando al sacar mercancía de esta forma de las tiendas

Got some store package perch fish their on jan1 2015 it was spoiled took it back in the bus in the cold got the fish on my link the customer service girl said she put my money back on my card but she didnt luckily i checked my cardin the store had to go back up their to customer service wheir another girl yelled at me you walked away!! I said she told me that she had put my money back on the card! I said u yellin at me im suppose to be yellin at u she said if u keep talkin im not going to give u your money back i said yes the hell u is!! She put back on the card i took a another chance and bought some more perch from them( my mother likes perch)it was ok fast forward again did the fool bought somemore from them didnt smell spoil in the store when i got (just had bought bout 15min before i got home it smelled spoiled so i suggest u smell the fish,poultry beef and check the date on the package before u buy

Good store. I mainly shop for food within my neighborhood, Hyde park, but i visit this store from time to time when im looking for sales. The customer service is great! Wish they had more organic foods. They used to sell them in the past. The fruits and veggies look rotten at times. If you look at the stickers on the fruits and veggies...most of it is imported from Mexico. The longer distance fruits and veggies have to travel the badder the quality. Maybe they just import strictly from Mexico due to all the Mexicans that shop in the store. I guess seeing that "Made in Mexico" sticker gets them excited like Speedy Gonzales and makes them want to buy....i dont know....lol. Regardless....they need to rotate more frequently.

I was in line behind two high school students when one of the employees I assume were authority figures of some kind ask to check the very small and tight back pack of the said students. However they did not bother to check me with my big hulking backpack I could have easily stolen anything with. The students did not have anything and if they did the bag would have visibly been bigger as just putting their gloves in their bag would have made it larger. It was an inappropriate action, based on a hunch of they are young, and afterwards they watched the students pay for their items. Terrible thing. However the cashier was lit with her hair! On point miss beyonce of food 4 less!

Its a good place to get cheap groceries, I just dont enjoy going its in a rough area. Which would be cool I live in a rough area too but its like a mecca for ghetto so I go rarely if ever and its check out line are freakin aweful they never bother to opened more then 3 which for the amount of huge stacked end of the month link card cart they have you think theyd open another two lanes

Decent prices. Fruit is expensive but seems fresh and of good quality. Long check out lines, but staff work fairly quickly. Liquor is decently priced also. Overall, a pretty good place for grocery shopping. An organized trip could take about 30 min more or less depending on the length of your shopping list.

Alway get my soy milk here. Best value.very ease in and out. Updated: The cashier Guillermo N was rude and not willing to help. I come here all the time. Every single time the cashier can scan or type in my reward card number. But not this guy. He looks like he didnt like what he was doing.

Great deals on brand name shelf products but it is going to take you a while to get out of there in the checkout lines, especially late at night, and the produce isnt great. Id give it 3.5 stars if possible, but it gets 4 because of the value compared to other Chicago grocers.

Lines are always packed but have been pleasantly surprised by the workers and their great attitudes despite how hectic things seem to get. Frequently get groceries here, good prices and a lot of deals for buying in large quantities. (Multiples of 5, 3, etc.)

This place is ghetto, and if they print out a coupon from their register and doesnt scan they wont honor it. Bait and switch. Lure you in and then faulter to honor their coupon. Wait til the BBB hears this. Dont shop here people. Dont waste your money.

have good sales cant keep sales items in Stock always out watch out for first n middle of month crowds parking is a battle field there a gas station always crowded due to low prices most items are catered to neighborhood athnicity

A nice place to do shopping for family for barbecues reasonably priced and there employees are very professional and courteous and are always willing to help find an item that youre looking for I I give it four. stars.

This is where I purchase my daily/ weekly grocery needs. I like that its walking distance from my house and their business are amazing plus the employees are always helpful.
