I went to Menards today to purchase a ceiling fan/lamp. The young man in the lighting section was so very helpful. I encountered two other store employees before I arrived in that area and both asked if they could help me. I really appreciated that. I didnt get that at Home Depot earlier (in fact it felt like employees went the other way to avoid helping. Also the check-out young man was equally happy to help and direct me to the rebate section to secure the exact form to use. If this is either store or company training, it works, or if they are hiring employees with great work attitudes then that also is evident. Thanks for the great experience and keep it up.

Trying to buy a bathroom vanity, two miscommunications from workers, and the general manager refused to accept responsibility that his worker said what I said he said. As someone who always checks and double-checks and questions and questions until I have all the information, I know what I asked and what I was told by the Menards employee. The general manager only knows what his seemingly careless employee told him, which was not the truth. In the end, the situation was fixed but the taste in my mouth from being argued with is so bad that I will never shop at Menards again. Back to Home Depot for me. Customer service is important...

We purchased a fire pit table and chairs. The table absolutely deteriorated and peeled all the fiber board off the top. When we returned this horrible experience we found out they had a lot of the fire pit tables returned had a problem with the company and would not refund our money and would not order another table from the company. We received a money certificate because once you purchase something snd it is defective they cannot return you cash. I will ever shop there again. Cant find anything at that store I need to spend my money certificate on. Customer Services are the worst.

This is an older Menards and like most of them is always filled with contractors and families trying to get supplies for their next projects. Everytime Im in here and dont need help I feel that every employee confronts me, and of course when I do need help no one is around...but I guess thats just the way it goes sometimes. Overall this Menards location is kept pretty clean and well maintained, and the checkout lines seem to move pretty fast.

Ive been going to Menards for decades and have always found the staff to be helpful, whether simply directing me to what Im looking for or taking time to saw wood for 27 shelves. The few times Ive had to return an item, Customer Service has always been courteous and efficient. Menards prices are always competitive and their inventory accommodating.

I shop at this menards every week and they are always nice and helpful , if an employee verbally attacks you and you just write about it on here instead of going to management then that tells me maybe you caused the problem. I travel a lot and shop at menards and have nothing bad to say about them

Medium sized lumberyard, carries grocery items, and some clothing items. Generally has the largest selection and lowest prices of all similar local businesses. Delivery is available as rental vehicles to haul materials yourself. Most major credit cards accepted. Decent hours of operation.

I had a really bad experience here simply because i asked for the bathroom, and the store employee went on a barrage of slurs directed at me and how she was upset that my kind were stealing americas pastime tradition of manual labor; am never returning to mernards again

Generally great prices and always have niche items I cant find elsewhere. Employees tend to be knowledgeable and helpful. Organization of some items in the store can be a little puzzling but overall its a great location especially for the DIYer

Great prices, and rebates help save even more. Sometimes limited selection on hand, but can order many unique items. Staff strive to be helpful and will work to make things right like no where else.

Has lots of supplies but when you need something specific, they just seem to not have it. Also, a lack of high quality materials leaves you wondering whether or not you want to come back.
