The doctor here (Lee) only will allow you to have a prescription to a certain brand of contact lense. If you do not like that lense you need to have another fitting which costs money of course. Not sure why I can not get the Optix brand that I like without coming in for another fitting. Doctor originally recommended that I try acuvue and I hate it. When I called to get Optix they said I needed to come in for a fiiting - EVEN though I used Optix for years. They say its the consumers choice but I guess only if I "pay" the doctor to verify the lense fitting.

Very unhappy with this Walmart vision centers service...it is terrible, been waiting for glasses since 10/13/16, it is now 10/24/16 and still no glasses. When I called to check status, I was told they would still be a few more days and when I exspressed my displeasure the rep was nasty and suggested I can wait or come get a refund....really?

I had a wonderful experience at this vision center location...One employee (anetka) was the one to help me figure out the proper frame and helped me pick out exactly what I needed...She was very polite and I would recommend this vision center to any of my friends

They took me when I was late which was great the service was quick I ordered contact s took a while but I needed them they found me the closer to my vision gave me a trial until the ones actually came which was awesome so thanks five stars
