I like the atmosphere and the people are very nice. Maybe i just had bad luck, but i wont be going back here. My artist was Charlie Barcavage. Nice guy, seemed to do a good job at first but as the tattoo healed most of it fell off. Yes, literally fell off. I was told i would have to pay to have any more work done even though its just to fix something i already paid for, and like i would really trust them again with my money. So now i have a splotchy faded tattoo that after 9 weeks i still cant get fixed at a better shop because theres one spot that still wont heal. Looks to me like the needle went too deep and therefore i have to deal with it until its healed. I wouldnt recommend this place. If you want nice work done just go to Topnotch Tattoo in Elgin. Much better place in my opinion.

Ive been to 5 other studios and this was the most professional. Reception was helpful and studio was very clean. I came in looking to add a design element to an existing tattoo. My artist, Rich, conducted himself as a professional and gave some great advice. I had a very vague idea of what i was looking for and he helped me pinpoint a design. We had a difference of opinion on how the new piece would be oriented, and after he explained his reasoning, i was smart enough to take his advice. I couldnt be happier. He knew my body shape and how it would affect the design and he was totally right. It even works well with my other pieces. Thats what a professional does. Well done and thank you for your service.

Ive gotten several tattoos at this shop by various artists including Charlie Barcavage, Ryan Nutini, and Joe Pinto. All of my pieces have healed up great, the shop is not only beautiful but very clean, and the people that work there are not only knowledgeable but very friendly and easy to talk to. I recently got an extensive line work peice by Charlie on my arm extending to my shoulder and was told to expect some fall out with the lines and I experienced none at all. The peice looks just as tight as the day I got it. Amazing shop and extremely talented artists. Would and have recommended this shop to friends and family and I already have more appointments scheduled for myself!

I was a walk-in on a Sunday afternoon and everyone there was absolutely amazing! Rich sat down with me and personally helped me to finalize what I wanted and helped me get everything exactly as I wanted it. I could not have asked for a better first experience!!! He was very conscious of how I was doing throughout and his work is excellent! Pricing is great compared to some places I looked at downtown Chicago. Overall I was probably in and out of there in a little over an hour!!! Currently on day 2 post! Many people have commented that it is very well done and after following care directions it feels virtually healed!!! Definitely will be coming back here again =)

I just got a tattoo from here today. It was my first tattoo ever, and they made sure to take care of me by help me through the whole process of designing my tattoo. I worked with Mike Viruet to recreate my grandfathers tattoo, and he did an amazing job especially since I was annoying enough to change some colors last minute. Mike did a fantastic job designing and carrying out the tattoo I couldnt be more pleased with it. I will definitely return here for my next tattoo even though its an hour away from my house because we all know that a tattoo is permenant and after my experience with them I wouldnt want to risk getting a tattoo from another shop. Thanks guys!

I have taken 3 people to this facility. I personally have gotten tattoos all over the Chicago land area, this facility by far is the cleanest tattoo shop you will ever find! The staff is amazing!! Very polite, not rude. To Ryan and his staff.. keep up the amazing job!! You guys blow other tattoo shops out of the water

I absolutely love this shop. The artists and piercers are all are friendly, talented, and down to earth. The shop itself is super clean and has really cool decor. I would highly recommend coming here! By far the best shop in the Aurora/Naperville area. Check out Corey Strange, hes a phenomenal artist!
