I emailed a general inquiry about white tattoos because I know some places can be weird about it. When ii got a response back saying that it was not a problem and to come in for a consultation I drove over about 20 minutes after they opened. The first man to greet me was rude and disinterested in getting my business. Was very discouraging about my tattoo even though I have 2 white tattoos that I love and that have healed perfectly...Then I was pushed over to an artist who for a quarter sized tattoo wanted to charge $140...the price isnt the issue its the lack in customer service. I set the appointment, put down the down-payment to hold my appointment and when I had to call and cancel it the receptionist was very sweet. Since it was for a doctors appointment she notified the artist and said he would contact me that day to confirm everything and process the refund....its been 4 days....Still have not been contacted and STILL NO REFUND. I guess if you arent covered in tattoos they dont want your business.

My brother and I went in for a tattoo yesterday. I was nervous about getting a tattoo behind my ear, because of the size and thought it would look like a little blob of nothing but it didnt! It has so much detail and it looks just like the picture. Ryan was my artist and i would definitly go back again. He was very funny and professional. He also helped with the ideas i was looking todo to finish my other tattoo! My brother got his first tattoo his artist was pinstripe, hes looking forward to going back and getting the rest of his finished by him. Said he was looking forward to showing off his art from his first tattoo to his last. This is a great shop! At first i thought it was platos but its definitly not. Very clean and professional. They have some amazing artists that are there to help you get exactly what you want. 10 out 10 would go back again!!

I was searching for a good tattoo shop to get my arm piece done. I found this shop online with great reviews so I decided to give it a try. I wanted it done yesterday so bad and luckily for me, Casey had many appointments canceled on him. I was able to get a 5-8 time slot that day. I came in showing him a picture of a rough idea of what I wanted. It took awhile for preparation and re-drawing to figure out exactly what I wanted. The whole process ended up taking until 10pm. He really got into it and added things I didnt think of in the first place. He went above and beyond my expectations and Im incredibly pleased with his work! He gave me a great price for the piece as well. I highly recommend this shop and Casey (my tattoo artist). :)

This tattoo shop is awesome! It is packed full of extremely talented artists that can do just about any style you are looking for,and for a good price with out sacrificing quality! I have 2 pieces done by Pinto,one is done and one is a work in progress,and it is AMAZING! every time I see pintos work,its better and better,keep your eye out for him,he will be a big name eventually!! I also have a sleeve in progress with another artist there named Matt Colwell. Matt is another awesome artist that pumps out dope piece of piece.These 2 are my go to artists for all my work...I can not think of a single complaint !! Check them out,you will not be disappointed...

Matt is absolutely amazing. He is so talented and is so nice. He truly takes care of his clients. I have been going to him for the past year. He really captures what you want and is very willing to work with you so he can capture exactly what you are thinking. He makes great suggestions and is awesome. I trusted him to tattoo my sons footprint and he captured everything and does such fine detail. It looks exactly like it. I am always going to him foot my tattoos. Hes actually in the process of my side. Very caring, very talented and the whole staff around is great and hilarious. Great atmosphere and experience.

Ive been going to sink or swim for about 7-8 months and Matt Colwell is my artist. He definitely knows how to turn a vision into a reality. Hes been working on my sleeve which I only knew bits and pieces of what I wanted and he took it and turned it into something so much better than anything I could have ever imagined. Also Sink or Swim is such a fun environment and every is super nice there! I personally dont think I couldve found anybody better to do my tattoos. Great environment, lots of art to gaze around and look at while getting tattooed that depicts all of the artists personal skill. Ive been going to Matt Colwell for some time now after seeing the amazing work done on a friend. Great guy, very personable, easy to talk to, amazing work and is great at bringing ur idea to life. I may say even informative, my cousin and I learned a little tattoo history when we recently went. Love his work and will definitely continue visiting him for all future tattoo wants

I absolutely LOVE this place!!! Ive gotten 8 tattoos from Pinto, about to get my 9th, his artwork is incredible and he is awesome at making you feel welcomed and comfortable!!! Ive also gotten 4 piercings done by Derek who is just as awesome, one of the nicest guys Ive met! Hes quick, clean, and the piercings come out perfect!!! Ive yet to see a piece of art or jewelry come out of this place that doesnt look like a masterpiece! Definitely check this shop out if your looking to get something done!

Ive only been to see Ryan, but everyone here seems incredibly professional, and like true artists. I have had a few more simple pieces done, my brother has had some more intricate work done, and we are both incredibly pleased. Not only were we pleased by the work done, but with the atmosphere, incredibly clean and safe, they are able to answer all of your questions and make you feel right at home with friends. I recommend Ryan, and the rest of the crew here to everyone!

We have known Matt Colwell for a couple of years...he helped cover up mistakes that we got from another parlor that refused to fix them. he will tell you if something cant work (size wise) and will be completely honest with you about pain (if this is your first tattoo). He is an amazing artist! You want a nightmare before Christmas/ little mermaid/Alice in wonderland hybrid tat? Ok...done! Extremely creative,professional, and fun!

Very friendly environement. Easy to get to. My artist is Matt, very professional with clients. Provides privacy during his sessions when requested or needed. Very informative before during and after each session. Very clean and also provides the most sterile environment possible. Love his use of color, hes tattoos are beautiful, his work speaks for itself. I have several tattoos done by Matt and I wouldnt change him for anything.
