My fiance and I came into the shop for the first time after finding this business on Google. The main reason we came was because they were only one of the few shops open on a Sunday. From our first step in the door to our last one out we received the best customer service we have ever received in a pawn shop!! Ryan and Lily answered all of our questions promptly and politely. We were treated with the utmost respect which you rarely find when doing business with a pawn shop. Mind you we have done business with several other shops and have never experienced the customer service we received here . We went in for a loan and where given far more then we expected much to our surprise. They helped us out tremendously in doing so. We will definitely continue to do business here when we need to either get another loan or when we may be looking to purchase something. We will highly recommend you to anyone who is looking for a great pawn shop!! Thank you so much for the great overall experience we had with you!!

This was my first experience at Fast Cash & Pawn and it was nothing short of excellent. The employee helping me out, Rebecca, was extremely courteous and friendly, as were the staff members as well. The first thing I noticed about the store was how clean and professional everything looked. It was obvious that time and effort was put into each display case. Prices to buy and sell items are more than fair, easily the best value of any pawn shop Ive been to (and believe me I did plenty of calling around prior to actually going in) The variety of items was astounding. They have EVERYTHING, literally. From vintage coins to motorcycles to rare collectables and of course all the electronics, tools and jewelry you could imagine. I will definitely drive the extra 45 minutes to this pawn shop in the future as opposed to the stores much closer to my house. Much thanks to Rebecca and a big shout out to her associates. Fast Cash & Pawn has my business for life!

This place is SECOND TO NONE!!!! Ive used many pawn shops in the last 25 years and Ive never found one near as great as this one! The staff is as pleasant and helpful as youll ever find. If youre buying or selling; I can assure you that youll get the best quality and price imaginable. My husband and I have sold/took a loan on over 20 items in the last 6 months and we always feel that weve been taken care of very well. Due to recent financial troubles I wasnt able to pay on 2 of my loans last Friday. Even though I was a month late and couldnt pay what I owed J.C kindly and without hesitation renewed both my tickets for another 30 days so I wouldnt lose my items. NO OTHER pawn store would ever do this!! My husband and I are so grateful for this kindness and the consistent wonderful customer service we are provided that we will never ever use another pawn shop besides this one!!! Where can I even begin to talk about this place. Ive been coming here since I was 13 years old and theyve always taken amazing care of my things. I cant thank Ryan and the rest of the staff at this place for always being compassionate and understanding. Life does happen and they always have helped me out with my things and even when I couldnt pay on the extensions they still kept my things safe for me. I recently picked up my things and I was so grateful to the staff here. Theyve helped me throughout my life and I will always come to this place whenever I need a loan. I cant recommend this place enough to any one looking to buy, sell or get temporary loan. Thank you to the staff for everything that youve done for me. Always willing to help me out. A lady there named rebecca is one of my favorite staff there. Although i havent met any rude staff there. They go above and beyond to help their customers and make sure we are satisfied. This is my favorite pawn store that i will always go to before anyone else. Def. Worth going to! I looked up reviews about this place and saw they are number. 1! Thanks again rebecca and staff ! I find ot very important above anything else when the staff is nice. If i have a employee that is not friendly ...i never go back. Why work in customer service when you arent polite?? That can really affect business! Im a big pawn store goer - they lost a good customer! But thanks to this pawn store ..i found a new place to go to :))

I came to fast cash & pawn today and there service was great/fast! Brought a couple of items in to pawn and left with cash in minutes. They did not take all the items I brought in but the ones they did, I received a fair amount of cash for them. As I was getting an estimate on an item I decided to get those items estimated somewhere else so I let the staff know that I would pass on their offer and there response was polite and professional. You cant find a more professional, fun and cool set of guys to work with. Ive been to all the pawnshops in the area from Aurora Naperville and Warrenville hands-down these guys will give you the best deals on anything. If youre trying to pawn or sell something theyre very reasonable and will help you with what they can and will be very honest with you. They have a total of 3 pawnshops in the area so make sure to stop by and check them out. They also have an eBay store online so when you stop at this location make sure to look for Ryan or Mike and ask them about more details.

I was extremely satisfied with this business in aurora they helped me on a loan which I had been needing. The store was clean and I was greeted in a friendly manner. There were two employees of this family business one of which helped me with my need of a loan. I was asked how I could be helped and I said that I would like a loan and then asked how much I was looking for... I have been here many times and always feel well attended to and treated with a nice smile and great expertise regarding the nature of my visit. This business is wonderful.

My husband and I just moved to Aurora. One morning we just decided to browse the area for a lawn mower and found that "Fast Cash Pawn Shop" had a few on display outside their door. So, we went in and we also found a foosball table in which Ryan offered a great package deal that we couldnt resist. At the end of our purchase he even helped disassemble a few pieces and carried it out to the car. "Fast Cash Pawn Shop" has great deals and great customer service. Rebecca and Maritza were very helpful and kind to me when I needed some cash. This is definitely not like any pawn shop I have ever heard about. I thought I was going to have to give up some jewelry I have had for years, and they told me I could get a loan instead. I am very happy because I will be able to pick up my jewelry soon. They care about the people who come into their business and try to work with you instead of having a cold approach of take it or leave it. Thank you for a good experience on a tough day in my life!
