As I walked through the door of Fast Cash & Pawn in Naperville, I instantly felt an ambience comparable to a full moon shining off the coast of a lush beach in Northern Peru. By that I mean the environment resonated a relaxed and friendly vibe eclipsing your average pawn shop. You couldnt ask for a better staff: easy to talk to, fair, and receptive to those of us who have fallen on hard times. They offer a wide array of items - from a couple of DVDs to curl up to that special someone and watch to jewelry more elegant than the ancient rivers of Babylon. All in all, I would recommend this place as the top shop in Naperville.

Very helpful and efficient personnel, especially Lilly who was so understanding of the situation that caused me to bring in my items. She didnt have to listen or care about why I came there, but she went above and beyond to show compassion for my circumstance, something lacking in this world. She gave me top dollar for my items, explaining why it was the amount that it was, plus gave me helpful hints to survive and make it through my rough time. The experience there was a blessing! Thank you Lilly and I highly recommend if you need to part with items to make it through a bad time, you go here!

Went in today to sell a couple items. I had a great experience. The people are easy to talk to, word to Mike and Jenecia (I hope I spelled that right), and the gentleman took the time to find me some money on some goods I didnt think would get me anything, which was nice. Small place, but well kept, clean, and good people. I got a better deal there than down the road as well and in good time. Also, if you are a collector of rare pens, you have an awesome find there. Thats not a joke, actually. I post this in hopes that those $1500 pens find their rightful place on this Earth. Thanks again yall!

Awesome place, our old TV broke and we wanted to get a new one. These guys are welcoming, store is very clean and nicely organized, and they give you a 5 day warranty (which we wont be needing since our new TV works excellent). Also, bring lots of CASH as they will give you a much better price if you pay cash. Their prices are way better and actually cheaper than if you were to buy off of Craigslist or Offerup.

I went into fast cash today for a small loan. I requested $60 and left with $100. Freddy assisted, but Ray was also helpful and very pleasant! Exceptional. This pawn shop is on ebay and has great deals. I got a Kenwood radio from them at a good price, and even after I messed up the auction, they relisted it and work with me to get me the radio. It also came super quickly.
