When I walked in there were 2 people in the shop. One was trying to sell a motorcycle to some people and the other was at the counter have a personal conversation with someone. About 10 minutes go by while Im waiting at the counter until the guy trying to sell the motorcycle comes over. Before even asking what I was asking for he had walked up with a big frown and said he couldnt do it. When I told him I was looking for a small $40 loan he repeated I cant do it in case you walk. He didnt even look up that this is a Burton custom X snowboard with cartel bindings. Even in its used condition it could easily be sold for $250+. Poor service from this branch.. not what I have to come to expect from the Fast Cash franchise. The other stores Ive been too the people are friendly and helpful. Even if its something they wont be able to take they would take the time to look it up and be courteous about it. This visit left a bitter taste in my mouth for sure. Definitely wont visit this branch anymore.

Today was my 1st time going to a pawn shop, and I was nervous about it. Im not a wheeler-dealer and did not know what to expect. After researching several in my area, I chose Fast Cash & Pawn in Warrenville over others that were closer to me because the reviews were so great, while the reviews for those within a few miles of me all contained the word "rude". From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted so warmly that my nerves disappeared immediately. Jessica took the time to explain to me why certain things were accepted and their price, as well as the item rejected, all the while being so friendly and personable yet professional. I spoke briefly with Juan, as equally nice as Jessica, and their sincerity is genuine. I am so happy I spent the extra time travelling to them and will do so without a second thought in the future!

Went in to sell a watch and totally got lowballed! The watch was never worn and came with original booklet and box and they offered me about 25% of retail value. The watch at retail value is about $550 not including tax and they offered me $120 and not a penny more. I understand that they have to make money because it is after all a pawn shop but they could of easily sold that watch for at least $450. Which means that they would of made twice of what they payed for. The only reason I needed to sell the watch was because I urgently needed the money and could not wait to sell myself. DONT SELL YOUR STUFF TO THEM OR YOULL GET RIPPED OFF BIG TIME. PS you could totally tell other reviews are bullshit on here because of how inactive the google plus accounts are. Its sad how they make accounts to give themselves good reviews.

My Sister Kelly and I were not sure what to expect as we dont frequent pawn shops. I was really pleasantly surprised at the professional atmosphere. We had some things to sell and were not sure how the process worked or if they were interested. Jessica and Juan really made us feel comfortable. They really know there business and took the time to explain why certain items were worth so much and some were not . They didnt make you feel intimidated which we liked. I highly recommend going in there and checking it out. There is some really great stuff in there for amazing prices. Its worth it just to speak with Jessica and Juan. I just left Fast Cash and Pawn for the 10th or 12th time in the past 5 months. I have been cleaning out old memorabilia from my storage and frankly, there is NOWHERE else i would go. JC and Jessica have over and over been extremely professional and knowledgeable. I have been to other pawn shops in the area and have been put off a number of times by clerks that give no care and seem to be trying to take advantage of their patrons ignorance. Not so with these guys... they are straight up and have definitely been great to me. I will surely be back again and again, you should too!

was in need of quick cash and googled nearest pawnshops and was very glad to found this shop. Unlike most pawn shops Ive been to these guys are really fair and straight up with you, I needed a 100$ loan on the item I was bringing in, he asked me how much I need, I told him 100, he didnt try to low ball me and gave me the 100, I didnt have to start at 200 and haggle down, he gave me what I needed and honestly it was a very fair price for what I brought in. Nice place and like I said they are a really fair place and not shady looking like most places. Very professional!

Jessica is absolutely amazing!! The customer service she provided was outstanding. I came in unsure as to what to buy (laptops) and I left educated and set up with everything I needed to start using my laptop right away. She went above and beyond to make my purchase/experience a great one. Also, the store was clean, organized and friendly. Thank you Jessica and Fast Cash & Pawn for offering this in our town. I came in here a little over two weeks ago. They have nearly a perfect rating for a reason. They offered me a reasonable price for my items and will work with you as best as possible. Most importantly, the manager and employee are super kind and professional and the store looks brand new. So many different selections and items that you probably wont find at most other pawn shops. Definitely worth a look.

NO doubt that this is by far the best pawn shop I have been to! Was greeted very kindly by everyone in the shop! I took some scrap gold to sell and they gave me top dollar for it. I was very pleased.I live in St.Charles but the drive was so worth it. Also their store is very clean and organized it was very easy for me to shop around. I highly recommend if your looking for some FAST CASH!!

Rip off of a place. I came here in 2011 and they greet you but take their time in letting you know how long of a wait its going to be. I brought a practically brand new WII with the Mario game there because I couldnt make it to the better pawn shop and because I was pressed for money of course I took it but was disappointed at their value. They could have done better.

Wow i usually go to the coin store down the street and decided to come here since it was on the way. Diana offered me $1325. Brought to the coin store and they offered $800. I couldnt believe it. Ive been going to the Coin shop for 6 years. I thank Diana very very much she even let me have a free DVD on my way out. Real stand up employees here
