I have always been a loyal shopper here, even after Marianos opened. The people who have worked here for a long time are great. However they NEVER have enough people working at the registers and hardly ever have any people to bag groceries so the customers usually bag themselves. Bottom line, the MANAGEMENT needs to hire more people and take a page out of Marianos playbook for customer service at the registers. Also please start asking "paper or plastic" when bagging!

Store is decent with quite good selection of fruits and vegetables. They might run out of dill from time to time. Store workers are not that helpful; once I was looking for dried rosemaries and the guy said he was sure they didnt carry one but later found one (checking with another guy). Their payment systems are secured now with chip-reading card readers and they accept Apple Pay.

A good store. But could definitely stand some more ethnic variety. maybe some more authentic asian-inspired food. more Spanish food. dont get me wrong. The Box stuff is ok. but sometimes you crave certain ingredients. that just arent found here. overall its all right store.

Who ever commented on produce is spot on! Ever since they put in the hot/salad bar its been bad. After seeing lunch foods still there at dinner Ill stick to salad side if Im in a hurry. They need changes quick! Customer service and meat dept are only good things

Not my favorite of the Jewels in the area. Staff sometimes makes me feel like they really cant stand being there. Not everyone, I just think the Jewel a little further North and East, Mt. Prospect, has the friendliest group.

Theyve turned all there express checkout lanes into manned stations. Backwards progress as no one was available to check out the 10 people standing inline. Only one check out lane was open.

My favorite store but have to wait quite a lot to pay. Good that the store employed elderly people and special needs but sometimes 10 min wait for one or two items is too much.
