On December 13, 2016; I had a great experience (as always) shopping at the Alsip, IL store. Today was very special though. I would like to commend store employee Elizabeth King for going ABOVE and BEYOND. She is a kind and caring soul with an abundance of patience. A toddler was having a severe melt down as his mother was trying to bag their groceries. Ms. King recognized the struggle and without prompting assisted by soothing the fiesty baby so mom could complete her task. Elizabeth King deserves to be rewarded for a job well done, exhibiting her committment to excellence.

Never order a cake. I had three different problems on one day. First they lost my order so it was not there when I went to get it. So then they take a new order and say itll be ready by 2. I get there a little past two and I have to wait 25 minutes for them to decorate it. Then were eating it and my son pulls out a piece of plastic. We called and they said it was from them cutting the tip of the bag for the frosting. Why would you cut that over the cake. If my younger kids ate that piece itncouldnof been bad

Before today, I would say Food For Less was the best, but as you know, it only takes one bad experience to lose a customer. So long story short, No matter what the signs say or employees say the price is, if the register rings up a different price, you will have to pay what the register says. Customer service skills of "managers"- 0. And they call us "Valued Customers"

As its in the title of the store "Food 4 Less" basically having food that is near expiration for large scale families that will finish food in 1-2 days. I dont recommend purchasing groceries that you as a consumer want to store for more than a week. Even though the shelf life may say 3-12 months later from the purchase date. That is never true with Food 4 Less.

Ive been shopping at Food 4 Less about 5 years now since I moved into the neighborhood and have been fascinated by their parent companys (Kroger) products. Theyre very good; quality and price. I only wish they would keep them around longer. The moment I like something, its seems as though theyre immediately removed and replaced.

place was good now advertised signs suck, they show price of food but read carefully, that awsome price, you must buy in bulk to get, boarderline faulse advertisement, ppl come from chicago to buy here, rude as hell. get gas too.. lines lines lines 3 registers open,, is this walmart or what?!

This used to be one of my favorite stores to shop I dont know what happened but now they have crazy security guards at the door I dont like to be policed especially when Im spending my hard-earned money I do not shop here any more.
