I recently moved my computers innards into a new case and replaced the PSU. After getting everything installed and hooked up, I wasnt getting any power. I tried everything I could think of/find via Google.After getting fed up with it I folded and brought my tower into NexGen first thing on a Friday morning. I asked to speak with a tech and explained my problem to him. He almost immediately identified the problem when putting a video card (I left mine at home) into the mobo. I had forgot the little rubber spacers that go in behind the mobo and had mounted it directly against the wall of the case. I decided to leave the tower with him so he could reinstall it correctly. He said if the mobo was fried due to my error, he wouldnt charge me anything. After a couple hours I went back in to find my mobo, along with the rest of my hardware, hooked up properly and cleaned. The bill: $47 If when hell happens to freeze over a second time and I manage to get myself into a position in which I cant deal with a computer related problem myself. Ill definitely be returning to NexGen.

Honest consumer oriented shop. That is a rarity. No hard sell, no up-sell past what you actually need. Excellent customer follow up and computer support. They can fix the computers and problems you will encounter with a chain bought system, but why go through that expense? Skip the overpriced big box stores! The solid state systems they configure for you will work faster and better than anything you can buy dollar for dollar. They make them at NexGen and give a three year warranty as well, No reason to go anywhere else. Before I connected with NexGen I went through many computers and lots of brands; not anymore. This is an established local business that gives world class performance. They have been here forever, very stable and dependable, and are involved in the community. Whats not to like?

Had a complete meltdown of my computer and after many hours of struggling to fix it, I caved and took it in to NexGen. Computer was diagnosed within a day and fixed after another, now running and looking better than ever. The inside was rearranged to perfection, each part was put through tests and the cost of it all was very modest. By far the best experience Ive ever had with any repair / technical service. While I dont have any experience with having a computer built from scratch by them, I can only imagine how brilliant the set up would be, considering how well-arranged my "old" computer is. Dont hesitate!

These Guys at NexGen are Genius! I took my laptop to several computer repair shops and after spending $270 (between the 2 of them)... the problem was never fixed!! I was told I should have taken it to the guys at NexGen. I decided to give it one more try.... Unbelievable! Not only did he fix my computer, he only charged me $85. Why doesnt everyone know about NexGen? Ill never go anywhere else again. He is also building a Custom "State of the Art" Gaming Computer system for me. No wonder there is a Fortune 500 company that pays to fly him out of state on week-ends to do work for them. Hes the BEST!!!

If there is a better Computer store in the Northwest I want to hear about it. Travis is a genius with these things. I am a tech my self and there is NO ONE I would trust more than Nexgen to repair my equipment. When I get stuck on a problem I take it to Travis. He even fixed my black screen iPad. Straight shootin, no BSn, prompt service, negotiable pricing, and the secretary/receptionist is a sweetheart. You also would not know that Travis is a consultant for testing for major companies like ASUS, Intel, and others. I am telling you, dont take your computer to anyone else-PLEASE.

Ive been interning and helping out at the store for years, and have never had a problem with any of my builds. If Ive ever needed help with something as far as knowledge and advice goes, the owner never turned me down and never steered me wrong. I remember one time I brought a brand new motherboard to him and said it didnt work. He informed me that some motherboards came overcharged (due to the bios battery) from the factory sometimes. We took the battery out, waited 10 minutes, and the computer booted right up! Saved me $150 from buying a new one!

Looking for that guy that knows everything about computers and dont want to waste your time going to some inexperienced Geeky squad member at best buy that will charge you and arm and a leg just to wipe your data and start fresh? Then this is the place to go, Ive witnessed this companys builds around the US at different organized lan events and I can tell you hes not only good at what he does, but is one of the best in the industry, if you made it here youre at the right place!

Nexgen is one of the best computer tech business i have ever visited. They have to best customer support of any place i have ever been to and do an outstanding job on computer repairs and upgrades. If you have any plans to get a computer in the future talk to them before you do anything. They are some of the most caring and hardworking individuals you will find in the computer industry and definitely will be getting my service again

Reccomended by Best Buy looking for a part. I talked to the guy for 3 minutes and not only did he enlighten me that I didnt actually need the part, but didnt try and swindle or upsell me, when he clearly could have. Thanks man! I will definitely bring my computer needs to this place and recommend any of my friends here. Knowledgeable AND trustworthy?! One could only wish for as good of a car mechanic too. I used to do all my own computer work but now I have a job and these guys are so knowledgeable and reasonably priced I just take my laptop to them any time there is a hardware issue. Its easier, I know its being done right, and their prices are fair enough that Im probably saving money in the long run since I know im not buying the wrong part or breaking something myself while trying to fix it.

I went in to pick up my gaming keybord and mouse for an insane price, $60 bucks less than Newegg! I asked them about solid state drives and there knowledge blew me away! Now I know what Im getting for sure. Then I asked them about ASUS( the best brand ever), and I learned they are certified with them. Im never going to another computer shop again!!!!

I had gone in with my girlfriends laptop which seemed hopeless. It was gone for only 1 day before travis had given me a call when it was done. It looked brand new!!! He replaced all missing screws, fixed the screen, and then cleaned then entire thing. Fair prices, and a great business. Definitely a recommend to anyone i know.

WOW, WOW, WOW This is how business should be. I was able to bring my laptop in and have back in 24hrs with a reasonable price. I use my laptop for work and I was dead in the water but my new friends at Next Gen had me up and going in no time. Thanks guys, just AWESOME SAUCE.
