I would give negative stars if I could. Not only was the work shoddy, sloppy and parts subpar, but I was treated horribly when I wouldnt allow them to work on my iPad anymore and asked for a refund. First go around, the digitizer was bad. Home and power buttons didnt work, iPad would not rotate, all of it was garbage. And I found it because the guy couldnt be bothered to check his work. Second screen we realized the home button was dodgy, it would rock and stick. Also the smart magnets didnt work for some reason. Again, nobody checked their work. So I take it back in for the button-mind you they took my original home button which was NOT damaged and replaced it with subpar crap because they cant be bothered to take the extra time to do it right-none of their replacements are OEM- and when I go to pick up my iPad the next day, the screen is lifting off of the corner! Are you kidding... Didnt check their work AGAIN. So the guy "allows" me to take it home and says to bring it back in if setting heavy books on it doesnt work. Well of course it didnt. By this point Im frustrated driving back and forth and pretty miffed they cant do basic quality control so I called and asked for a refund. Chandler argued with me, said he thought we had a deal that is bring it back in and thats why he "allowed" me to take it home. I told him I no longer trusted them to work on my stuff and just wanted a refund. He told me he wanted the screen back because hes out $65 plus labor otherwise. Are you kidding me... Who does that? I asked for my original cracked screen back which of course they no longer have and he offers to put the previous crappy screen on instead. He also proceeded to tell me he wouldnt be in business if he did crappy work. I could understand an isolated incident here and there as we are all human, but this was three in a row and then he proceeds to bully me when I decide Ive had enough. Cares more about losing $$$ than customers as evidenced by the way I was treated upon asking for a refund. I actually would not even be writing this review if Id at least been treated better, but his behavior took the cake. I did finally get my refund, but when I went in to get it, he has the audacity to tell me he was just on the phone telling his wife about this, then proceeds to literally say "this sucks" as hes issuing my refund. What am I supposed to say to any of that? Dont use these guys. Total chop shop, just in and out, they dont check their work and while they warrant it, its not worth it if youre in and out all the time. What I didnt realize is the way Apple deals with replacements is they replace the whole device for around $70 more. Might as well have had a brand new one, but my warranty was voided by allowing them to put garbage on. Oh, and my screen is still messed up and the home button is still crap.

The other day on my way home from work the tip of an auxiliary cord broke off inside my iphone. The only way I could hear anything was to put it on speaker and Im sure that everyone around me wouldnt really want to hear all of my conversations, etc. I figured Id have to drive to Boise to the Apple Store to get it fixed or at least have them check it out, but I remembered the Idaho iRepair store (mainly because I go to Sonic at least a couple of times a week to get a half price drink during happy hour). I stopped there at 5:15 and by 5:45 my phone was fixed and ready to go. The nice guy there got creative and was able to pull the tip out by simply using the end of a ball point pen. Ill gladly go back and recommend them to anyone!!!!!

Victor did a great job. Got me in and out fast. Had my screen in stock and my new screen works great on my iPhone SE. Prices are more than fair with a lifetime warranty. All in all will come back for any other phone issues.

Replaced charge port at a competitive price and quickly. Downside is you must go in to pay to have them order a part, they would not even take a credit card over the phone. So spend an extra trip.

Dont use them or get a receipt they will misplace your electronics or lose them. I lost 2 dell computer hard drives with 2 years of childrens photos.
