I called ahead because I read great reviews and was interested in a new tatto . I showed up and stood in the waiting room for 20+ min while the few people that were their walked around me , not acknowledging that Im their at all. Im not sure why the reviews were so great. Im not sure why they let me call ahead and take my name down for a supposed appointment if this is the outcome !! I wish I could report the great artwork and outstanding experience but thats definitely not the case. As an update. I was contacted by the owner Shane with in the hour. Judging by our conversation her was truly surprised and upset with how my visit went , and wanted to remedy the situation as soon as possible. Then the next day the manager Matt called me and wanted to here what happened and ensured me this was a fluke and would never happen again . After how the situation played out and knowing how they take pride in customer experience. I look forward to being a customer in the not too distant future. Thank you Shane and Matt See you soon!

Well, I read the "amazing" reviews and thought Id give this place a shot! I live about an hour away and decided to make the drive. My uncle had called to schedule an appointment while I was on the way there. He walked in and wasnt acknowledged at all. We were going to get tattoos of my fathers signature; he passed away on Christmas 10 years ago this year and tomorrow is his birthday. Kind of sucks that we not only wasted our gas but our time. Update: Maybe an hour after I posted my review the owner had contacted me. He was very apologetic and handled the situation greatly. He was very concerned about us not getting the help we were looking for. I appreciate you reaching out to us Shane! Thanks for handling the situation as best as you could.

Atmosphere was great and very friendly but Im very upset with my tattoo. I got a cross on my arm with clouds below them, what you would think to be a very simple tattoo, but the lines on my cross are crooked and you cant even tell my clouds are clouds. A piece that probably should have taken a couple hours took 30 minutes. Not only that but the shading in my tattoo is awful. Very upset because I have heard great things about this place but walked away overcharged and not satisfied with what I got. Wont be going back for touch up and now will have to go elsewhere to get it fixed.

Always a wonderful experience. Been going to Shane since before the shop opened and hes always done awesome work. The rest of the artists are great too. Everyones friendly and welcoming. Recommend agape to anyone looking for a new tattoo or especially their first! They will help your imagination come to life on your skin & you wont find a more comfortable experience anywhere else!

Had the best experience ever at agape ink tattoo..!! It is my 18th birthday walked in and got two great piercings by jenn she made me feel so comfortable and welcome. Then came back and ended up getting 3 tattoos by mat and he did amazing..!! Would totally recommend both of them

All I can say is wow. Beast tattoo artists. Shane put me in the game with my almost complete chest and sleeve tattoos. Hes the best artist Ive ever seen and my whole body is covered. Even had coloring books and art supplies for our kids. Incredible
