Left my BC and reg to be serviced and told them I had a week before my trip. I was given the impression it would be serviced by then and maybe even same day. 3 days later I called for an update and reminded them of my timeline. The day of my trip I went in to pick it up and it was not serviced. I was incredibly disappointed as I was led to believe it would be done. Would not recommend. Seemed the guy at the counter did not know what was going on.

Went in there looking for help buying gear as a beginner. It turned out I knew more about the gear than the girl who was "helping" me. I wasnt even sure if she had even been diving. Decided Id rather buy my gear online and pay for shipping then deal with them.

I took the class with Dave thru VSU and he was the best teacher Ive had so far at VSU. Im not the most physically fit person but he motivated me to stick with it and get into shape. I loved every min. of the certification dive!!!
