If I could give a zero I would. I have gone in to this store on multiple occasions to be let down almost every time due to the fact that they didnt have one thing or another. Last night I went in to get a prescription filled and was told they didnt have enough of the pain medication to fill it. What pharmacy doesnt have enough Vicodin to fill one prescription! This is not the first time this has happened at this location. On top of that, I had to wait almost 10 minutes to find out that they didnt have the drugs when there was next to no one in there at 8:15 pm. I will never waste my time going in this store again. I have no issues with any other CVS. This location is obviously mismanaged.

The pharmacy has gone way down hill over the past year or so. Used to be the only place I filled my prescriptions. However, there has been a tremendous amount of turnover and maybe that has affected the quality of service and level of competence. They are notorious for opening late (10-15 minutes past the stated time of opening), they have no sense of customer service (dont ask for help, they are not interested), they run out of meds often, meds are rarely ready on time (no matter the time they give you), and the store is dirty - inside and out. Even though it is the closest to my home, Ill be driving past it to take my business somewhere else.

Great service twice as quick as the one on Atlanta rd and twice as nice. The amount if traffic the Atlanta rd cvs pharmacy gets seems to have numbed them to basic cvs

Have not used the pharmacy, but the store is relatively clean and staff are friendly the majority of the time.
