Let me talk about my horrendous experience at this store!!! Really that was traumatic!!! I wish no one in this world experience a situation like my mom and I had. We were buying some stuff at this pharmacy for our trip to Florida, a week before this insident I spent 140.00 at this store. So we were bying last stuff, but when we were ready to pay, I didnt have any problems, just that the cashier was really rude, but when my mom gave her Planti card there started the problem, some how her card stop working, she said to the cashier that she used her card before and never had problem, so the lady with no patience ask my mom to put her phone number in machine, which didnt work, cause her card was in the sistem with her old home phone number, so the old lady cashier with white hair told her to try to put her old cell number any ways, so she tired and came another name, and the old lady started yeld my mom that she wasnt the owner of that card, seriously!! Im talking about a credit or debit card, Im talking about a rewards card!! That ridiculous!!! After that accusation my mom didnt buy anything, the old lady was so angry that she through my moms card with violence in the trash can, I was shock!!! Thats not all, she never gave me back my keys with my card. When we got home I called there and asked if my keys were there and in a cinical way she answered yes. Later I went to return all my things, get my keys back and complain to a manager, she asked me what time that happened, gave me a gift card and told me when she arrive she saw my keys there and asked to the old lady who left that keys and the cashier answer, "I dont know". I was sooo mad!!! Im just giving 2 stars cause the manager at night was so friendly and helpful. I still dont recommend and change all my medicines to other pharmacy. PS: Rite Aids costumer service is horrible!!!

RUDE. My husband and I stopped in, on our way out of town, to pick up some over the counter allergy medicine, the kind you have to show your ID for, Zyrtec-D, specifically. We walked up to the pharmacy counter, waited patiently and without any prompting or acknowledgement of any kind, the person behind the counter rudely said "Give me five minutes." At that point we realized that they must not have been *open*. My husband said to me "what time is it?" We collectively guessed it was 8:55. I looked at the time on my phone and we were wrong, it was actually 8:58. Now, I realize that an employee is bound by the rules and regulations of the company for which they are employed, however, I imagine that if she had even taken a moment to acknowledge us, rather than brush us off as an annoyance, we could have told her that we were there for an OVER THE COUNTER item and maybe, just maybe, this store could have avoided losing two faithful shoppers. This isnt the first time weve had an unpleasant experience with the pharmacy staff at this store but it will absolutely be the last.

I stopped in @ 2:13pm to buy some medicine for my cold. I was planning on buying some Aleeve-D that you have to purchase at the pharmacy counter to show ID. And they were CLOSED! I looked around for posted hours, and saw it on the "drive up" window. Today, Tuesday they should be open 8am-9pm. I looked around for a gone to lunch or temporarily closed sign. Nope nothing. I stood at the counter for 10 minutes and Noone came. This is the second time this has happened and it will be the last.

Sweetest people I have dealt with ,including Wal-Mart ,cvs,and Walgreens, this store is Customer friendly100 percent !!! Thank you all for being such great help for my family ;)
