I went to chipotle at 5175 Peachtree Parkway, Norcross, GA 30092 for past few years and for many times I didnt get satisfactory customer service but this time I was treated so poorly to the point where I must complain. First of all, the girl who was making my (as usual burrito bowl) had given me a very small amount of chicken so I politely requested if she could give me little more and she told me she had to charge me extra. Then I explained her the amount she put was way too little and I am regular customer who knows how much the regular chicken amount is in a burrito bowl, side note I do get extra steak for my boyfriend sometimes so I know the regular and extra both amounts. After I requested her she told me she gave me proper amount and if I want more she has to charge me. While she was saying this, another girl just decided to come right into our conversation and said she had to charge me extra so I explained the whole situation nicely again but she was not polite at all! She told me "Well, then I guess all the years youve been coming here and other locations have been serving you wrong amount of our ingredients." I dont like to make things complicated so I simply requested if she could kindly make a new Bowl. She was putting food in a very rough manner, making loud sounds as her tool touched the table as if she didnt care and was personally mad at me. And when it came to chicken, she half filled the 4oz to-go cup with chicken and poured that in my bowl and said to me "She filled in this much chicken. This is the regular amount that goes in a bowl." I told her the 4oz cup was half way filled when she poured which is technically not 4oz. I know how to measure food and since she thinks she is right I asked her to show me the measurements of the food onto a scale. She told me she couldnt show me but that she was right and I am wrong. I paid cash and when I gave her money she kept asking me "Right? You gave me $7.00, right maam, right?" And when my younger sister and I were leaving from the store, they were making rude remarks about us in Spanish and laughing at us. I know it was about us because there were no other customers at that time and this girl, the previous girl, and another girl behind the counter all were just standing and judging us the whole time when this was happening, and one even sought out to be using hand gestures to describe us. Me and my sister felt very insulted. Instead of being treated like a valuable customer, we were being treated like we did something shameful for the way your employees treated us. I dont know what this chipotle teaches their employees to be like or if that particular employee just has a terrible attitude towards customers, but either way my money is hard working money and if I pay for the right amount of food that I deserve i should not get treated like I should be ashamed for asking for the right amount. I dont think this place is doing any favors for self-respecting people. The lady who ruined my whole lovely evening and treated me like I should be ashamed to go there and tried to make me feel like I made a mistake, has ear gauges, and facial piercings. Her name is Deysi as shown in the receipt, this should help identify her. I uploaded a picture showing the amount of food in the bowl. I hope chipotle takes actions against this rude employee and no one gets treated like the way I was in front my little sister. She has no right to misbehave, make fun of us, or look down on me/us! Just because she dresses in a punk way doesnt mean her attitude has to reflect on it. So dear chipotle, you lost a very valuable costumer today.

The suburbs have long tried to merge the cookie cutter collections of big box stores known by most as "strip malls" and the more human shopping experience found in walkable urban areas. The Forum is one of these attempts. Like others before it, it fails in many ways. As a container for any individual store you might wish to visit, this place is fine. If you just want to go to Barnes & Nobles, Gamestop or Old Navy, there is nothing disappointing about the individual, though uninspired, component stores here. If you want a pleasant shopping experience, to discover something interesting or new, to find quality food, or to be able to park without the uncontrollable desire to punch every other driver on the road, you really need to go somewhere else.

Im a little ashamed to like The Forum so much because the vast sea of Lexus, BMW and Mercedes vehicles littering the smashed-in full parking lot is my visual representation of Hell; but I do like it. Plenty of excellent restaurants from affordable options like Jasons Deli, La Parrilla and Chipolte, to more pricey, but quality eateries like Aomi, Grace 17:20, and Thai Spice. Im sorry, but the Teds at the Forum is the worst Teds ever. I have lived there 7 years, and it never gets better. Bad service, poor food preparation, to-go errors every single time, rude host(s)... but thats not the Forums fault. Love that its right by my house, too. A little sliver of unrealistic living in the burbs, but I dig it.

The Forum is an fun and pleasant shopping plaza. It has a lot of popular stores such as Old Navy, Victoria Secret, Bath and Body Works, Claires, and Barnes and Nobles. As well as the restaurants are even more appealing such as Alexanders and Teds Grill Montana at which I highly recommend to go with your friends and family. As pleasant as it is there are little to none parking spaces. There are occasions where people can be very rude so watch out. Other than that its a cool place to chill at with your friends.

This shopping strip is very beautifully designed with a European feel to it. There are built in speakers in the plaza that play nice background music. The buildings have wisteria vines on them and when the wisteria blooms its gorgeous. Everything is clean and well kept. The selection of shops is very good from cheaper places like Home Goods to more expensive boutiques. Good selection of places to eat too from Chipotle to Aomi Japanese Hibachi Restaurant.

A lovely area to walk around with family and maybe do a little shopping while eating frozen yogurt. Nice ambient music plays all around the forum and its always clean. It can get a bit crowded, but dont forget there is parking behind the buildings on the main thoroughfare with walkways that lead back to the front. The only "downside" is that there is not much shelter from the elements, so if its raining you may want to postpone a visit.

The Forum us a great open air mall that has many of my favorite stores like Soft Surroundings, J. Jill, Talbots, and Barnes and Nobles. I park my car for free and wander in and out of all the stores that I want to visit, then drive down to Trader Joes or over to Sprouts to pick up a few groceries on the way home. It has pretty much everything I need. I love going to the Forum.

Very good place to shop that offers diversity as well as something for everyone. A good place for the whole family or a ladies day out shopping trip. Restaurant Grace 1720, Spa Sydell, La Parilla, Barnes & Noble, DSW, Charming Charlie, Jasons Deli, Trader Joes, Game Stop, Chipotle, Hallmark, just to name a few of the finds that you will see at The Forum
