Have been a customer for years, pawned a gps for 80$ been paying interest of 25$ for four years, asked the female that works there if I could get a extention, she knows how to be rude and totally unprofessional, but when I tried to ask the owner ,she totally cut me off in front of all the customers. Customers are who are thier livleyhood,Adam knows that, hes the best. His wife needs help with keeping customers not sending them to IMoG pawn shop which is exactly what she did. Hope Adam corrects her lack of knowledge of how to make money for the shop.over 800 dollars Ive paid just for that one item over 4 years for this clueless business lady to lose a good customer. If you plan on going to gentry pawn, remember that u will be treated like u are less than human if you have to deal with the unprofessional woman. UNFORTUNATELY UNBELIEVABLE
