I waited for MONTHS for this place to open. I couldnt have been more excited to finally have a good farmers market in the area. I was all geared up for tons of fresh organic and/or free range food! I drive past one day and oh my goodness the store is open! I pull into the parking lot excitedly. This issues began just as soon as I walked through the door. The first thing I was greeted by were some very pretty flower wreaths with what I believe was Korean writing all over the banners attached to the wreaths. Red flag number 1, why does a farmers market have Korean writing front and center so its the first thing you see when you walk in? Weird... Keep walking. Red flag number 2 happened just as quickly. Just behind the Korean banners there was the produce, all kinds of produce, even stuff Ive never heard of piled up so high they were like little produce mountains. Upon closer inspection absolutely nothing was labeled as organic or not and most of it was going bad in some way, bruised, soft, rotten, etc. I gave this the benefit of the doubt and figured they had simply anticipated a much bigger grand opening. Though, not being labeled as organic or not quickly made me leave the produce section. Onto the meat! Again, nothing labeled at all whether organic, free range, GMO, nothing. Chicken was just labeled "chicken", parts we identified but that was it. They do sell whole animals as well, goats and sheep and whatnot, dead of course. HUGE red flag number 3 happened when I found the chicken. These chicken breasts were about 4 times too big to have come off of any normal chicken. This lead me to believe they were super GMO crazy scary monster chickens that probably never even got to stand up, let alone walk around. Immediately leaving the meat section now afraid of giant chickens, I happen upon the seafood section. Concrete floors gave this section a rundown kind of vibe, plus it smelled like fish, which is typical for a large seafood area such as this. Pretty much avoided it, so nothing to note there. I do want to add though that this place is SUPER cheap, seriously, if youre broke and do not care where your food comes from, this is the place to shop! Calling it a farmers market though seems so far fetched. They really shouldve call it "the super cheap GMO Asian market that carries some american food and random exotic foods". Its by far not really a farmers market and significantly closer to a Chinese supermarket than anything else Ive seen. I wont be returning for anything other than some exotics not found anywhere else around here.

They have the doors open wide at 8:30 am, but arent open. Some funky old lady meets me in the produce section to tell me theyre not open, so I told her they should close the doors of the store so customers dont mistakenly come in. She shoots back that theyre not going to close their doors because theyre "getting ready", so "bye". She was stank and rude as hell about it too. Right now about 4 other customers are going in getting ready to shop and are being told the store is closed AFTER theyve already gone in. How is that? Do Publix, Kroger or any other business open their doors if theyre actually closed and then chase the customers out? And why be so nasty about it when your hours arent even posted on the door??? My experience today will be shared with management. This was supposed to be my first visit to this new store, but now Im thinking that it may be my last.

Due to all the great info I was hearing about this place from family members/etc, I decided to try it out. Yes, they have a large selection of produce and meats/seafood from various places. So I found it hard trying to seek out locally grown or even organic items (im aware its an international market, but was hoping for at least a mediocre organic selection). I did attempt to get wild caught shrimp. However, the salesperson asked me to smell the bag of shrimp that was handed to me. I smelled it twice and it did not smell fresh. She then stated that she felt that it didnt smell right to her either. I expressed my gratitude for alarming me versus continuing to bag and later purchasing old shrimp (the reason I gave 2 stars). I would rather purchase local grown and/or organic produce from Aldi before returning to this place...eh, dont sleep on Aldi :-) !

Great products but terrible customer service. I have only been there twice and both times I had a poor customer service during both times. The first time we went, the lady behind the hot food had a terrible attitude. We just walked past and looked at the food and she quickly hollered they were closed. When we went to the register the cashier had an attitude because we could not lift the water from our cart to scan it as both myself and my sister are pregnant. On our second visit the cashier had a terrible attitude because a little of the fruit punch from one of the drinks we were purchasing got on his hand. He literally left the register. This is the last things we will shop at this establishment.

Gave them 5 stars originally...this time went there to grab something quickly to make a dinner. Its Sunday, place obviously packed. Picked everything I need, looked in my basket and got in line to "15 items or less "... while waiting picked up 3 candy bars. Here is my turn.....start unloading my basket...cashier started to court them and at 15th item asked if I will pay separate for 7 items that I was over..... it took me a minute to actually process what she just asked me and if I should put my 3 candy and 4 other items back...I decided to pay separately...which took her forever...did I metion.... she was very slow?????....WAY TO GO MANAGEMENT!!!! You trained your cashiers well!!!!

Large selection of international foods but mostly boxed and frozen. Produce not good quality, lots of unripened fruit (green bananas) or wilted veggies (Kale, lettuce, brocolli, cilantro, cabbage) all soft and looking very past its prime. They did have a large selection of fresh herbs that looked fresh and of good quality. You can buy a whole goat or pig there in the meat section. Bring a coat, hat and gloves....VERY Cold inside, whole store refridgerated! I would shop there regularly if the produce was better but for now Ill just keep driving to Dekalb Farmers Market.

Great customer service from the associates stocking the shelves. There is this one middle- aged gentleman who always answers customers questions and guides them to the correct aisles. I learned that there are two coffee aisles... one American and the other International. Be sure to read their return policy on your receipt...its not very lenient. The produce and meat selections are excellent. Im a fan of their cookware. All in all, the market is clean, welcoming and very attractive. Its good to see new businesses coming back to Morrow, GA. New jobs, better economy.

Im going to be honest here. The produce is absolutely not fresh! Feels like the produce is almost rotten. The meats are okay, priced decently. The fish is horrible! Very, very old! Very dessapointed with the seafood selection. Everything is very old and overpriced. Organic selection is very non existing. Aside from this major set back the dry goods are varied! And you will find tons of different condiments and what not. Thats good! Bathrooms are a mess btw
