Its become an annual tradition at our home to take our now 5 year old to Southern Belle Farms. They did not disappoint this year, and in fact it is better than ever. I rarely write reviews but I was really impressed yesterday 10/26. We arrived at about 2:00 from Atlanta and from the minute we pulled in the staff ( though young high school students) was polite and concerned about us having fun. Buying tickets was a breeze. We love the one price ticket that allows you access to all of the amenities. No need to carry cash, and we did not feel nickled and dimed by having to pay extra for things not included in the price. They had added an extra jumpy pillow thing and broke the kids up by size.. Great idea by the way. Everything was spread out so even the crowds were manageable. Our kids loved the maze, the car track, the slide, the pig race, the lassoing game, racing the ducks, and playing in the corn boxes. Only suggestion I have is maybe to add some stadium like seating around the pig races so everyone can get a better view. The farm is beautiful and well cared for and everything runs so smoothly. So thank you for giving us memories as a family that we treasure year to year. Good family fun at a good price... what more can you ask for. GREAT JOB

I came here the Saturday of memorial day weekend and while there were a decent number of people here the place did not feel crowded. Picking a gallon of strawberries took maybe 15 minutes and was quite easy. The difference between the vine-ripened berries you can get here and the ones at the grocery store is just incomparable. If you cut into a Southern Belle berry it is red all the way through whereas grocery berries are usually pink or white on the inside. There are also plenty of adorable farm animals to look at, although I would not recommend trying to pet them, I wanted to pet the cow but it mooed rather angrily at me. However the number one reason to visit this place is Mimis Kitchen, the warm pound cake topped with strawberries, whipped cream and fresh strawberry ice cream is just out of this world. This is probably the best dessert I have ever eaten that did not involve chocolate in some form.

Ive been to pumpkin patches in Alabama and Georgia and this was easily the best one Ive ever been to. It was the first time I spent over 4 hours at a pumpkin patch, and not only did I have a great time the whole time, but I didnt even have time to do everything and I left wanting to come back to see the rest. This place had two fun corn cribs, cotton, pumpkins that you can pick off the vine, pig races, petting zoo, hayrides, fun live entertainment, and one of my favorites was the 8+acres of corn mazes. The corn mazes had 3 different mazes each with varying degrees of difficulty. One was about 5 - 10 minutes to complete, one was about 15 - 20 minutes to complete, and one was 30 - 40 minutes to complete. Throughout the mazes there were fun clues to help guide you in the correct direction. The best corn mazes Ive ever been in. I look forward to being a regular at Southern Belle Farms.

Read all those nice comments about the firm and there U-PICK options, which is just posted weeks ago so did not thought about calling them ahead for the U-PICK PEACH options. After driving 2 hours when we went to the firm they told us there U-PICK your Peach options is over 2 weeks ago. SERIOUSLY!!!!!! Why it is not on there website???? Or did I missed the info bye reading all those nice comments. Was so.....upset, just left the firm as soon they said there is no peach left in the tree to pick. I wish if it was written in there website that they are done U-PICK YOUR PEACH options for this year then it could be helpful for so many people like me who is driving a long way to have a good time with good memories dont have to be DISAPPOINTED.

DO NOT BUY canned goods from the "gift shop"! SBF does NOT make their own goods. I bought some things there, thinking the goods were made by them. Looking at the small print at the bottom of the label it says, "Made for: Southern Belle Farm". Looking more at the gift shop/store, almost everything in there they buy from somewhere else to resale to you (just to make an extra buck off of you). They package everything to look home made", but its the same stuff you get at the grocery store, and I very much dislike "cheaters". DO go there, though, for family outings/fun ... and "picking your own ___". That way you know what you are getting is from there, and it is good quality. Great place to go, just dont buy from the onsite store.

We have visited the farm a few times and we went this year in early/mid June to oick strawberries. I was a biy disappointed go get there and so many of the strawberries were being ruines by little worms. Once we noticed the issue, we tried to check each strawberry to make sure the ones we wanted were worm free. While washing them at home I realized we didnt manage to escape them as they hide under the leafy top. This wont deter a visit in the future unless we go back and they have the same problem. I didnt like the fact that I had paid for berries that were ruined by worms or we had to be careful not to eat one.

We visited to pick berries & peaches. The peaches were not available yet. It was very hot,so the play area had to be closed (sad face). But, I was really impressed with the staff. I ordered the amazing peach cobbler that was delicious. I ordered the burger combo because I needed something to eat quickly. The burger was overdone initially. I asked them to see if another one might be better & they offered to make a whole new batch. Not only that, they bought it out to us in the picnic area where I sat with friends until it was ready. Very caring, accomodating & kind staff.

My family and I went visited this last Saturday 4.16.16 and we will definitely be going back. Everyone on the farm was so nice and helpful. We first picked strawberries and spring onions before buying tickets for the kids to enjoy the rides etc. My 4 year old son was obsessed with the cow train ride and the young man driving the train had no problem with him going multiple times. Thank you for your patience and time, you were a delight. Ooh and the strawberries were soo good. This is going to be our new family tradition and we will be back in June for peach season.

Great place to take the kids for strawberry pickin. Loads of fun and fair on the strawberry price. They also have this kid themed park with animals for petting, a huge bouncy-house-style-thingy, a slide, and some other kid friendly attractions which they charge $6.00 for entry, great fun for the kids. However, they charge EACH adult (who basically watch and chase the kids) $6.00 also. I get it...everyone is looking to make a buck but six dollars to chase my kid around? Well be picking strawberries elsewhere.
