Im not sure how long this place has been here but it needs to go out of business as soon as possible. I have been in here two times but walked out and bought nothing due to the extremely rude people who work there. Its a miracle that I even gave them a second chance. They do nothing but stare you and never has anyone asked if I needed help finding anything and when you do ask for help they act like they get tired of you real quick when they do assist you. And if they dont assist you they just continue staring at you as you shop around the store. And yes, I agree with the other comments. If you are a person of color DO NOT EVER SHOP THERE! Do not support them with your money, go to another beauty supply. Any other one because this one is the worst one ever.

People of color, do not spend your money here!!! This place is exactly the kind of store in the movie "menace to society"...hurry up and buy! They follow you around and watch you shop like they are the FBI. I came into buy a hair oil and didnt see my usual one. So I picked up another one and spray tested it on my skin. The rude lady behind the counter literally screamed "nooooooo spraaaaay!" I put the oil that I probably would have purchased right back on the shelf. I immediately told her " on that note, Im not buying a damn thing in here" and walked out. First and last time ever going there!!! Visit A&J beauty up the street. The lady there is very nice and doesnt treat you like a criminal.

Over priced and the hair and other accessories is very old . However the owner is very racist and always assume someone is stealing . I had my make up bag in purse and as I was leaving the alarm went off. The owner rushed to the door and ask can she see whats in my purse , I open my purse and said sure ! On a bad day I wouldnt have been that calm. In additional she ask can she go through my purse I said no , u are not a police and you are not allowed or authorizes to go through my purse . With that begin said hair stores are a billion dollar industry and more black people should own more beauty supply stores !

I agree, this place does need to get shut down as soon as possible. The older Asian lady who works behind the counter is just plain rude. Shell scream at you if she sees you entering the wig area and she will even do the same if you were 13 because thats what she did to my daughter. And yes, its true. They think youre a criminal. Theres cameras all over the store along with screen on the ceiling for everyone to see and this place is even barred and yet act like youre going to steal something.

I hear theyre not very "hospitable"...Good news travels fast but bad news even faster. If you do a good job & make customer service & respect the center of your business you will prosper & if not....you wont. They follow you around the store and stand over you. Who wants to go to jail and loose freedom. Not me. Like the movie "Menace To Society." You cant try on wigs unless you buy. Who want to buy such products and cant see it on first. Not shopping here again.
