The staff is rude. Sent my boyfriend up to return hair dye that I was told that would work, also bought a high developer which was also recommended by the lady up front. Who also persuaded me into buying more product for my hair since the product would damage my hair. Ive been doing my hair for a long time and left the product on for an hour and it did not even turn my hair into a copper color which I expected and bought purple shampoo in case. Long story short, I was working and sent my boyfriend up there just to get some advice or a return and the lady was rude to him. Your policy says that if a product does not work an employee will help you out to find one that will or you can get a refund. If its such a big deal, dont have it on the back of the receipt! I shop there all the time and I dont think Ill ever go back to the Clio one. I think you could have helped and been a little bit nicer.

this is my second time going there to get wax i bought the wax warmer over a year ago, i go there to get more ask the elderly lady with white hair for help she dosnt now nothing sold me wrong stuff ok ill let it go, so i go in there this saturday to get more wax tell her my size of warm what i need no strip wax , well it was 10.00 i get home its again the wrong stuff oh my god , what is wrong with these people why they dont know there product but its costing me money and dont have the right stuff again if you are going to work there start knowing your product dumb dumb
