In February of 2016 I commissioned Southern Billiards to refelt my pool table and also redo the rails. They quoted me 550$ to do both jobs recover and rails with a lifetime warranty on the rails. Jump to April 2017 were I started to notice threadbare spots on my table were you rack the balls and were you would place the cueball to break. We play on this table every Sat nite for about 5 hours. So I guess we have played on it about 75 times since the recovering.I called Southern Billiards to see if they could help me because I feel that it should not be threadbare. ( The original felt lasted about 10 years with same amount of use). The mgr/owner sent someone to look at it/ take pics and to see my receipt. Jump to May 16th 2017 when I didnt hear anything back like they told me they would I called to find out and encountered a phone call I never saw coming. After the mgr/owner told me the mfg. would probably not guarantee the felt used he told me (in a very loud threatening tone) "what do u want me to do give u free recover"when i told him I felt i was deserving of new cover(and not the same kind) because it was no good. He screamed at me to contact him thru e-mail and my attny. I even offered to pay for a upgrade felt but i was not going to pay another 250-300 for a refelting. Again he was screaming at me like I was one of his children. Then hung up on me. I assume he thought about what he said and did because he called me back about 3 minutes later trying to apologize and explain his temper. I refused to hear him out and hung up on him. So my point is BEWARE, ask questions make sure all your bases are covered. Because I learned the hard way. Now it will cost me another 200-300$ to fix what I thought I had repaired a year ago. As long as things are in their favor all is well until you become that comsumer who feels wronged. BEWARE!!

Had my 9 Gold Crown 4 installed in September by Bryan and Scotty. They did a great job and it looks perfect in my game room. I have done business with Southern Billiards numerous times and was finally able to get a table installed. Very professional and they know how to do it the right way. They dont just come and rush your table together they get to know you and are very personable. Id highly recommend choosing the guys from Southern Billiards next time you need any game room things done.

Always love going here. Small, locally owned place that is extremely helpful. Get my billiard supplies and dart (though limited) from here as well. Scott is a great person to ask for advice. Everyday is $5 an hour to use a table and Saturdays Scott and his touch have tuorials to make you a better player.

Very relaxed atmosphere with top quality merchandise. Not only can you purchase billiard and dart supplies, including tables, but you can play on a few of the tables as well for a great hourly rate. The feel is more like hanging out a buddys game room.

Knowledgeable staff, very nice and friendly. Large selection, good prices and good quality. Repairs and cue maintenance on site and fast. Always willing to help and advise. I have to drive about an hour to get there, but it is well worth the trip.

Really nice guys... took my shaft to them today for a new tip and farrell and was told it would be done same day. I plan on buying a new cue that caught my eye while i was there when i pick up my shaft... great prices...

We now have a good looking 9ft pool table. Only problem is one of the three pieces of slate with a warp in it or maybe a problem with installation. Balls are apt to wander when they are on it. A bit disconcerting.
