I had a problem with a Winchester model 12 shotgun. A fired shell would be extremely hard to eject. A number of gunsmiths worked on the problem but couldnt fix it. He knew immediately what the problem was and fixed it. The model 12 is an old gun. When it was built they used paper shells. Now they use plastic. The plastic shells had a longer lip on them when fired and kind of welded themselves into the chamber. His price was right, his work was timely and I thought he was very friendly and helpful. I will use him for any work I have as long as he is available.

Worked on my Beretta 21a twice, first time he fixed a problem with the trigger bar caused by Crimson Trace laser grips, this time he installed my Tornado Tech threaded barrel. His work was excellent I picked it up the same day I dropped it off. He has some amazing work. I saw him working on a rams horn grip and had some of the most artful engraved pistols, his work is amazing and hes pleasant business owner

Hes a very odd old fella and its his way or the hi-way if you know what I mean..I completely agree with the other reviewer as "hogleg" did the same thing to me. He quoted me a timeframe and price to bed 2 rifles and did not meet either of those goals. He ended up bedding only1 rifle and he returned the other in the same condition and with the same problem.

Used his services long before he was known as Hogleg. Took a Ruger with a broken firing pin in, he researched and found a recall for faulty firing pins, got the entire gun replaced with a brand new one. Very quick service and very professional in his dealings. Make an appointment. Show up on time. Nicest guy youd ever wanna do business with.

Attempted to use his gun smith services twice. The first time worked and although I was overcharged I was satisfied with the work. The second time failed. He held my guns for two weeks and never did the work then decided he would not do the work! A huge waste of my time.
